Mulligan’s Beach House Bar & Grill in Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, is a must-visit if you’re in the area. It’s a spectacular place with an impeccable view. I was there last weekend with my family and a few friends, and I had a memorable experience. The service was great, and the waitress was friendly and helpful.
This place is huge and can fit any party size, making it a perfect spot to hang out and watch a good Sunday football game with your favorite team and friends or family.
There are many TVs throughout the venue, so no matter where you are, even in the restrooms, you won’t miss a second of the game.
My wife and I, along with the rest of my party, ordered the hamburger with guacamole and onions. The burger comes with bacon and tomatoes, which I chose not to have. It was tasty, flavorful, and well-seasoned, served with crispy fries.
The drinks were excellent. I started with a draft Moller Light and finished with a mango mixed drink, which was very good and gave me a nice buzz for my afternoon.
I spent a relaxing afternoon there with my friends and family, and it was truly memorable.
I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting the area. I drove all the way from South Florida to enjoy and savor their food.
For my party of three, I spent only $140, including an 18% tip. It was all worth it!

We came here during happy hour, which had good deals the and the food was delicious. By the time we had ordered dinner, it started to get busy, but no complaints. That means good food. The overall restaurant was incredible, rooftop eating on the top floor, arcade machines on the bottom, only like 3, nothing to worry about, and then open doors for fresh air would go again.

Delicious and fun!! Great live music on the Friday evening I was there. Kristy was my excellent waitress! She suggested the Happy Hour specials, I got the fish bites. I ordered the shrimp dinner, both were fabulous. I’ll return before I leave town to go back home. The batter/meal was crunchy and very tasty too.

I was told to try this location, and I’m disappointed I did. Arrived with my friend around 6 pm. There were not any seats available on the bottom floor, so we were seated up top on the deck. The view is beautiful, but the service was horrible. Took about 15 min for a server to approach us. We ordered an appetizer and 2 drinks. The drinks came 10 min later, but the appetizer never came. After finishing our first round of drinks, we did not see our server for 30 min. Once they arrived, we put in our meals and a second round of drinks. Since the menu had listed “fresh” Mahi Mahi, I got exited! I ordered the Mahi dinner with greenbeans and rice. My friend ordered the fried shrimp dinner. 45 min later, we got our meals. My fish was cold and apparently reheated because it was very dry. The rice was extremely spice (which had no warning), and the greenbeans were cold. Again, we didn’t see our server for 30 min. When they finally came over, we mentioned our appetizer never came, and they said it apparently was forgotten. The server came out with one within 10 min to replace the mistake, but it was cold. At that point, we cashed out and decided this was not the place to stay. There needs to be some sort of order for the upstairs deck. I don’t think I will be back.

We went there for a late breakfast/bunch. It was not my first choice thinking of breakfast. I always think of Mulligan’s as a lunch / dinner beachy sports bar with difficult parking. Much to my surprise the service and food were absolutely great. The portions per dollar were just right. Tommy from Jersey was a perfect waiter / server. We wanted or needed to ask for anything. I will definitely return again. The only drawback is the parking and the music was a little loud for lunch / brunch hours.

Not a fan. Food all tastes like it’s just reheated out of a bag. Nothing fresh. If you’re a foodie, this isn’t going to be your spot. Serv8ce is mediocre, at best. However, the bar area is a fun hangout and you can enjoy the breezes, as it is open to the outside. No water views, though. If you’re drawn to the beach vibe, I’d suggest driving a couple extra miles and hopping over the bridge to Schuckers. Beautiful ocean views and better food.

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location
This establishment is in a prime location, and once inside the environment seems fun and inviting. We arrived early while it wasn’t busy, which should have been perfect for drinks and dinner before walking Jammin Jensen.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly. After being seated, we waited an unusually long time without service—so long that the hostess had to step in and find someone to help us. The server then took our full order: nachos, a Caesar salad, a kids’ chicken fingers meal, and three drinks. A very simple ticket.
Only two drinks arrived. After about 15 minutes, the server finally came back to tell me they didn’t have my canned drink. This lack of awareness and follow-through is unacceptable and reflects poor management oversight of the restaurant as a whole.
I asked to speak with a manager. The person who came over—wearing a General Manager name tag—displayed an employee-that-didn’t-care attitude. I calmly requested that they at least provide the meal for the 9-year-old child, as it was clear we would not be supporting this establishment further.
The response was shocking. The general manager stated it was “all or nothing.” There was no apology, no remorse, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, he was arrogant and self-serving, refusing to even serve a child a meal due to his own ego.
I would not recommend visiting this establishment until the owners address the lack of customer-oriented management. A great location means nothing without basic hospitality and professionalism.

Great view from upper deck of old town and water. We had buttery lobster roll and skewered shrimp. Sorry but the lobster was chopped up pretty small and had very little flavor, shrimp was good but a little tough/chewy but had nice bbq flavor. Will try again with different food orders because it is an excellent location, food selection and atmosphere (was open air/cozy.
