Great place for to eat! Spacious and family friendly. I like that they dont allow pets in the dining area. Delicious burgers with a extensive menu! From breakfast to dinner, and from eggs to sandwiches. If you’re ever in Long Beach look for “FANTASTIC BURGERS”

The burger can be messy but the flavor is on point. The place clearly cares about flavor. The meat patty is cooked to perfection. Wear a bib cause its going to get all over the place. The pastrami is delicious and adds everything to top off a good burger. The breakfast burritos are on my cravings list. They know what they are doing and shouldn’t change a thing. Staff was happy and helpful.

We ate near to closing time, it was decently busy. The burger and chili fries were tasty. The zuchinni fries were not what I expected. The ranch sauce was good, but the zuchinni had no seasoning, not even salt. The bread was a bit tough on the outside. Proportion from bread to zuchnni was right.

I’ve been coming to Fantastic Burger for many years, and over time, I’ve seen the prices increase which is understandable with inflation. What’s more concerning, though, is how the customer service has steadily declined.

I genuinely love the food here. It’s one of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back for over 20 years. But lately, the service has made it harder to overlook that.

On my most recent visit, I ordered a hamburger special with only lettuce, but received a cheeseburger instead. I didn’t check the receipt right away, so I’ll own that mistake. However, when I let the cashier know, she looked confused and didn’t acknowledge the issue until I reminded her of what I had ordered. The burger was remade, but her attitude felt dismissive and as if I was inconveniencing her.

I also ordered a strawberry shake, which wasn’t made until 3:45 PM, even though my order was placed at 3:13 PM. I had to go up and ask about it, and again, the response was far from warm or apologetic. No “sorry for the wait,” just a bored expression and a silent handoff.

I get it, everyone has off days. But if you’re working in customer service, it makes a big difference when staff are friendly and attentive. If someone isn’t happy being there, it reflects in the service and really affects the customer’s experience.

The food is still great, and that’s what makes this frustrating. I want to keep supporting a place I’ve enjoyed for years, but the attitude and lack of care from the staff are making me reconsider. Management should take a closer look at how their employees are representing the business, because they truly are the face of it.

This place never disappoints. I’ve been here twice and the place has plenty of space to dine into. The customer service was great and not to mention the service was fast. The prices are not too bad and you get a good amount of food. Very clean and will continue to come back here for a good burger and fries!

First time here. Look I’m not going to bash the place as oh, it’s expensive! Yeah it’s pricey but so is everywhere else. You go to Carl’s Jr. and a burger combo cost you like $15. This is just a small business trying to stay in the game, and stay competitive. The food was great. I don’t think the burger special is a bad price. Yeah it looks a little rundown and slow, but we’ll definitely get better service than McDonald’s and definitely a better taste.. but they do have lots of options on the menu

I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was a good size for the price of $12. I was able to get 2 meals out of it. Downside is it lacked seasoning, potatoes and the sausages weren’t chopped. They were left whole inside.

I like this place it was my first time eating here. But I did make an observation about a gentleman working th dining area. He seemed like he was having a bad day. He must have been the owner or the manager. He was a bit rude to one of the workers. This one woman was working hard. I noticed she was working the register, calling out people’s orders. When I left, she was outside taking orders on a tablet. If this woman sees this post, you are kicking ass. To the gentleman who was working, the dining area, you were being rude to your staff. This place was clean, and the food was great. Thank you. Sir, if you were having a bad day, I hope your day got better.

Chili fries with cheese is a good lunch, but after getting the portion size, I am still hungry. I took Pete’s Patio for granted. There box of chili fries are ALOT BIGGER! I won’t be coming back to Fantasic for Lunch.
