Happened to see the food truck parked at Hy-Vee in Liberty and decided to give them a try. I had bbq wings with greens, yams and mac & cheese. Everything was 10/10 except the wings which were 11/10. Exceptional. I wish they were a permanent fixture in Liberty because soul food options north of the river are basically nonexistent. I also had a sample of the gooey cake and the pasta and spent the rest of the night wishing I had purchased servings of them as well. The service was as good as the food. Must try.
