This is the last time I’ll be visiting Applebees. Of all the times I’ve visited, I haven’t had one positive experience. This location is a hit and miss. A new server told me one day that new servers have to ask customers for their ID’s when ordering alcoholic drinks. Why just the new servers? Why not veterans? Keep it consistent. I didn’t have my ID. I complained about it. And I was served my alcoholic drink. At this location, at night, the light is never on to let people know they are open for business. It gets super dark in that area. On this last visit, my friend and I sat at the bar. The bar was wet from previous customers. It should have been wiped down. We didn’t say anything. The bartender was friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious. And yes…I’ll be back again.

I was picking up a DoorDash order last night
and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered in a restaurant.
When I walked in, a waitress made eye contact with me, finished with a table she was serving, walked away, looked at me again, and then proceeded to serve another table instead of acknowledging me. I sat down and waited a few minutes, but no one spoke to me or offered help.
I then walked toward the bar. The bartender looked directly at me and walked into the kitchen. I leaned into the kitchen doorway and politely asked if someone could help me. At that point, a heavy-set brunette woman wearing a yellow shirt came around the corner aggressively, raised her voice at me, and would not allow me to even say the name on the order. Her demeanor was hostile and completely unprofessional. Immediately afterward, she answered the phone and spoke very politely to the caller, then was kind to another customer who approached her.
Another employee then came up to me, asked if I had been helped, and took the order name. She was the only person in the restaurant who showed professionalism and basic courtesy.
As a small business owner and a DoorDash driver, I understand customer service standards. The behavior I experienced tonight was unacceptable. Several employees showed blatant disregard for both delivery drivers and basic hospitality. That level of attitude has no place in a restaurant environment.

Had a great experience, great food. Manager and waitress were amazing. Wonderful time, even with the kids and complicated order. Everyone so patient and kind. Good was all hot and delicious.

Almost overtime my order gets messed up. I always order the same thing tex mex salad. This time it’s a new low. Shrimp was fine, lettuce was double the amount, rice was 1/4 the amount, no lime , no chip stripe, no Pico, ni beans and corn, no guacamole. I really don’t know ow if I will order again from this restaurant….

Visited at noon on a Saturday. There was only one other table with people. That should have been first red flag. Tried to order from the lunch menu that was given to us but then told Saturday doesn’t count for that. The food was just OK. The service was incredibly slow for not being any customers there. 4 employees grouped at the bar socializing while we wait for drinks and check. Won’t be back. Sonic would have been better.

Came here with my cousin on a girl’s day. Everything started out great. Service was amazing and food tasted awesome. We ordered our food and a few more groups came in. We waited and waited. The 2 groups that arrived before us (a group of 2 and a group of 3) got their food way before us, despite us waiting longer. We weren’t even acknowledged until about 30 minutes after she took our order. I waited with an empty drink for about 20 minutes. She acknowledged other tables beside us and behind us, but never once checked in on us. Once she let us know that the food was finally on it’s way, she forgot my sauce, then took another ridiculously long time getting it. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. Such a waste of time and money. What a joke.

My wife and I took our granddaughter out to celebrate her early graduation from high school , we arrived just after opening expecting an empty restaurant but there were a fair number of customers.
Our server seated us and took our order , our meals were served soon after and were very good.
Blackened shrimp and chicken , chicken sandwich and 8oz steak , reasonably priced and flavorful.
