Went for dinner about an hour before closing on a Wednesday while there on a work trip. Place was almost empty so service was very quick. Server was bouncing between tables and bar but still made time to go through some recommendations with me. Ended up with the Detroit style Old Schooler pizza. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I started with a Cranberry Almond salad, and I’d definitely do that again. Plenty of gorgonzola and dried cranberries, and just the right amount of great balsamic dressing. My wife had the Caesar and was very happy with the dressing on it – both the flavor and the amount of it. We both got gluten-free pizzas, which were the Detroit deep dish style. She ordered the Spicy Italian and I got the Bianco. I was not able to tell that the crust was gluten-free, and both pizzas were excellent. We also brought home a large cheese Detroit style for the family. This is one of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve had, and I look forward to my next visit.

The food was just ok! I would go back to try the other pizzas. I thought my Caesar salad was on the dry side and i wanted a little extra dressing on the side. A small cup of dressing was an additional $2. I get it’s made in house but I was expecting a little more for the price. Our server was great!

I really wanted to like this place.
The pizza is all made from scratch, however the the New York style tomato sauce was too watery and the crust was very wet.
The Chicago style pizza was alright but the sauce was only put on the middle of the pizza.
The corners didn’t have any sauce and the middle slices only had sauce in the fronts and nothing towards the crust.
It’s wood fired and sadly the flavor of the smoke was too overwhelming for me in the pizza.
We had the mozzarella sticks and they were decent.
The pizzas were overpriced. Based on the number of toppings you add. A 3 topping large pizza was $30.
Service was great and the atmosphere was nice.

An admitted pizza snob from NY, but now living in the Midwest, I am always skeptical to try pizza anywhere, but always hope for the best.
Well, I can confidently say this was some of the best, if not the best I’ve found in Ohio. The dough / crust was perfect… chewy yet crispy in all the right ways. Fresh, delicious, and exactly as I had desired / hoped.
I ordered a NY style Bianco pizza and a ceasar salad with crispy chicken.
The ceasar salad also exceeded all my expectations. The dressing was fantastic! The crispy chicken cutlet was deliciously breaded and fried.
It all was just delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try their detroit style pizza as well as their desserts and appetizers. So glad I found Taglio!

Our company was one of the lucky few that got a free taste of something truly incredible. This place Taglio !! One piece of the deep dish pizza is as big as my face and I think I inhaled the whole. The cheese sticks are not those over price tiny bread stick you can get at any bar they are breaded stuffed with ooey gooey deliciousness. Don’t even get me start on the New York style pizza. The food was simply amazing. I Highly recommend giving them a try. You, your staff, you belly, that lady that don’t like you just because your good at your job will thank you for it.

Probably THE best gluten free vegetarian pizza I’ve had in the city! It’s hard to find a “restricted” pizza that has taste and texture and they delivered! I ordered at the bar and the service was great! Great welcoming atmosphere for all! Fellow patrons at the bar raved about the drink menu! Staff is friendly-place is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Will be back!!

We had an amazing experience with Taglio! The pizzas were seasoned perfectly and tasted absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Our team really enjoyed every slice. It’s always great supporting another local business that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!!

Taglio offers good food in a nice modern atmosphere, served by friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed a small New York style pizza, and if it wasn’t quite like the pizzas I grew up eating near NYC, it was still very tasty. My wife enjoyed her small Detroit style deluxe pizza. We all enjoyed the delicious cheesy bread.

It was almost deserted when we arrived around 4:40 pm on a Friday afternoon, but the kitchen was already hopping with takeout orders. By the time we left just less than an hour later, the dining room was almost full and parking lot was filling fast.

First time trying Taglio’s pizza. The pizza was delicious, but a bit over priced. Staff were welcoming and kept me informed about the status of my order, which took a bit longer than promised. I found the lobby/ waiting area very dark and not very welcoming, and the restaurant decor was OK. I will probably go back if I am in the area again, but wouldn’t visit regularly due to the price ($28.00 for 2 very small small pizzas)
