Very clean place, and the servers are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The café also has a great view and is an excellent spot for studying since it’s very quiet and plays soft classical music. Our order was somehow mixed up, but they fixed it quickly and politely, again with a smile. The staff here are truly kind and absolutely wonderful!

We love their product and buy their espresso beans for home and the last few years have enjoyed almost every Starbucks store we visited. I come into town on business a few times a year and this location by far is a favorite. It’s fairly large. Staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is nice, pretty quiet. And their products are just consistently good. When my husband comes with me, this is our hangout. We are grateful to have a reliable place like this to sit and visit, have good coffee and snack and play Wordle, read the paper, a book, etc. Thank you Starbucks Kirkwood!

After a Saturday morning shopping in a busy store, my family capped off the busy lines of Target with beverages. The line was quick, service polite and prompt.
We ordered a Salted Carmel Creme Cold Brew, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Creme Frappuccino and a Peach Green Tea Lemonade. A usual order for my family of late, the quality was consistent with other Starbucks of late: bright, fresh drinks made to order. The foams were thick and liquids rich.
This is a great spot to top off your Kirkwood shopping day.

I made the mistake of coming back here. I had to take photos of the scene, which turned into this in about 5 minutes time from it being empty. The staff does absolutely nothing to rein it in. Shouldn’t go to any Starbucks, especially this one.
This location is totally overrun with dozens of middle school children after about 3 PM every day, about half order something, and most of them shout over each other to be heard. As a result there are few tables it’s deafening unless an employee says something, which is rare. One employee told me they’ve had to call the police a few times it gets so bad, but otherwise they can’t do anything about it. I can. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
