Give Teriyaki Jar a try, it’s kind of tucked away from the main stream but well worth a visit!
Our first visit here and it was authentic, the Kimchi was home mad, as are all the other menu options. I had a lunch special, which was a gracious portion, especially for a special. The service and food quality receives 5 stars from me.

This is the best Asian restaurant in the area. We’ve been dining here for years and they’re always very friendly, consistent and the flavors of the food are delectable. Our favorites are the chicken fried rice, chicken yakisoba, eggrolls and wonton soup. On our last visit they even gave us some tasty, complementary hot tea! We’re so thankful to have them here in Sherman.

I’ve been eating here for years it’s such a hidden gem and it’s just so good!! we love to eat the chicken fried rice with teriyaki sauce, of course and my number one go to is the wonton soup and then I always add Sriracha at home and it is freaking amazing run go get it

This is my only go to place in Sherman. I’m vegetarian and my husband is not. We both love the flavors of this place. I order vegetable lomein and he gets the shrimp or chicken sukiyaki. We get vegetable fried spring rolls. Flavors are consistent and we have no complaints. Their teriyaki sauce is my favorite as well. I like to pour it over my rice. Place has dining but is a small restaurant. It’s clean. Friendly staff. I think it’s a mom and pop place. We usually place our order to go. For 2 entrees and 6 spring rolls we spend around $38 total.

The people are very nice and accommodating to my allergies which is not something all will do. Food was great! They also have multiple options for spring rolls . So, if you want a spring roll with no meat or etc this is your place. They have an option for others too but often I can’t get any without chicken and I’m allergic to chicken. I would highly recommend this place. I forgot to mention the quantity is amazing as well.
