This used to be my favorite place to stop when coming thru Gassville. We just stopped to go in the drive-thru, we sat in line about 15 minutes before making it to the window to pay. The receipt shows 1:47 pm, we didn’t get all of our food until 2:20. The girl running the window was super unprofessional and quite rude to us from the first words she spoke. The other workers and her didn’t seem to be doing anything but standing around talking. Like getting food out was the least of their priority. I warn anyone going there to not go if you want fast food. You’ll be there waiting more than 30 mins. Food was meh…a little too greasy but not terrible. It sure wasn’t good enough for me to wait the time I did.

Hang in there people! This place is under new management and things are getting better. Amber without a doubt makes this place happen. Sometimes your only as good as your help. Anyone who relies on people to come to work these days knows that the struggle is real. I frequent this establishment a little to regular if the truth be known, but I love the hot food. Its made fresh when you place your order and worth the wait. Be patient and understand the effort is being made to give you the best experience possible. I know I will be back and I know some days will be better than others.

Waited 10min to order. Ordered our food and waited almost an hour to have the family of five, who came in after us, get their food before my family of 4. Then an order of fish and shrimp was given to my husband BUT there was NO FISH! Then they tell us the bacon burgers we ordered would have to be plain. The workers were cussing quite loudly with children sitting in their dine in area. The tables were disgusting! And my son was sick just from using the bathroom. Needless to say, my husband demanded a refund and we left!

The ladies did as good as they possibly could very helpful friendly! They were out of everything including sides. I only had two options and I chose the cheese curds and I still had to pay an up charge even though that was like the only option I had other than fries or rice.. there should be a way that they could take that up charge off when you have no other options. But the food was good will always go back

We arrived 10 minutes before close due to ‘temporary closing hours’ and waited in line for 20 minutes. after we ordered we went and sat down, waited 50 minutes while 2 families were served before us- a server called out a platter was done, but there was no fish on it? as we were waiting another 10 minutes, she called out ‘anyone who ordered burgers is getting them plain’

Was not good service!! I waited 45 mins for food in the dining room while they worried about drive thru and getting there food first! Our food was cold by the time we got it! When I left a bad response on there survey she did replace our food but when I went to go pick it up it took 45 mins yet again! So I contacted the general manager again! I pointed out some of the things that might be the issue cause of my restraunt experience and she never apologized for my second time being just as bad as the first!!! If someone I trying to point out what can be worked on and being nice about it maybe you should actually take the time out to listen!

It took 21 minutes to get my order and I was the only one in the drive thru and no one was inside. I ordered the 8 piece fish. It doesn’t take 21 minutes to cook fish unless they are doing it one piece at a time. On the other hand, the fish was good.

Lets start by saying, I hate fish, but I was with a group that wanted to go here. I was surprised with the flavor of my burger. But of course the place smelled like fish so it was hard for me to stay in there, and the sweet tea was way too sweet. But that Burger tasted really good (I don’t remember what I got)
