I personally love this restaurant. I love Lemon Peppered Chicken Wings. I have gone to several Chinese restaurants for such. Many taste good. Many are beautifully presented. But yet, they taste more like lemon pepper salt sprinkled on the outside of the chicken wing.
China Kitchen’s Lemon Pepper wings are flavored through the meat down to the bone.
And another dish they present I dine on, on a regular basis, is the Sesame Chicken lunch or dinner. Always delicious, hot, sweet and soft and a delight to the palate.

I stopped in for a quick bite on the go, discovered the best spring rolls I have ever had. Lightly golden crisp, filled with cabbage. I got white sauce on the side for a little sweetness. The service was fast, courteous, and the food was excellent. I can’t wait to stop by again to satisfy the craving this wonderful lady has now created. Maybe next time, I can slow down and enjoy more.

The customer service seems to be getting better. My husband loves their sesame Chicken! Everytime we are in Augusta it’s an automatic stop!! It It was those lemon pepper wings but now he’s got to have the sesame chicken. But notice your receipt when you are there within 7 days you get a discount or something. If you have that receipt. That will determine if they doing better with customer service because a while back they questioned me about the receipt but it is displayed after you pay a certain amount for that meal. You get a free item or a discount off your next meal, so please read your receipt and take advantage of that. No one has money growing on trees in these days, even if you make a good salary. Everything is more expensive. So count your pennies!

My wife and I went here to get a bite to eat before we headed back to Greenwood. She ordered the Hot & spicy beef while I very much enjoyed the shrimp and lobster sauce combination dinners.

Food is usually okay, but we just found a maggot in the vegetable lo mein we were mostly through eating,.
Either their produce isn’t washed or it’s just laying out in the open somewhere flies can lay eggs in it. Disgusting either way.
Update: We got a refund, but we won’t be back for a while either way.

The food is good and they had my order ready for pickup when I got there though I believe the egg roll is fairly small. This reminds me of the spring roll sizes.

I wish I could say my experience was great. This place was recommended by a customer and the price is extremely high for one. A dinner plate cost $17.99 and it comes with meat that doesn’t look like chicken the way it was cut up rice and you have to pay for an egg roll. I’m from Florida and a dinner like that would have cost $10.25 and you get big chicks of chicken rice and broccoli with the choice of egg roll or soda included. Let’s not even mention it had no flavor rice was bland and the so called chicken wasn’t even spicy. They will not get my money again

My friend tested positive for Covid I called happy China and ask them if they could take their chicken broth and add thin rice, noodles, and chicken since we eat there at least twice a week we know they have all these ingredients on hand and prepared they were the sweetest kindest about putting this together for me to give to my friend to help her get better and get nourishment, a true establishment that will take their ingredients and make something that I call get better soup I thank everyone that helped make this happen.. greatest place to get your Chinese food. There isn’t an anything on that menu I haven’t liked from there. I rate them at a 10+ For tasty food and a 10+ for speed getting the menu ready ❤️
