I went to the restaurant and the first thing that got me was that the workers are very nice and respectful they make you feel like they know you all your life. I order a number 3 the bacon king meal with fries and a drink I had my food in less then 4 minutes everything was so good from my burger to my drink. I will be coming back here they make me feel like family….good job to all the employees in there.

I frequent this Burger King for around four years, at least 2 times a week. They are the best never a bad experience always fresh food. I know the staff by name . There always happy to see me and my grandson. Hands down the BEST Burger KING in Town.

I am rather disappointed, I was about to give this BK a 5 star rating after several stellar visits at this newest of BK’s to Albuquerque. Great friendly staff & good food – actually better than most. On this visit they were rather busy and after waiting almost 10 minutes in drive thru they had completely forgotten about my order. Wasn’t in the system at all. Without apology they asked me to park the car while my food was finally cooking. I wound up waiting another 10 minutes in a hot car with finally an apology. The staff could have saved the situation by offering at least a cold drink, water or a free side for all my trouble. Complete failure by the team that day (8/9/19 @11:24am). I still give it 3 stars due to the food quality and the previous good service. We’ll see if this crew can equal the others and get some “star” credit back.

So disappointed! It’s not the certain store..it’s burger king itself..I just bought two of the crispy wraps for 2.99 oh my gosh they need to change the picture!! Big burrito fir a chicken nugget!!

I think today is their first day open. By my experience not a strong start.
I went through the drive thru and ordered two Whoppers with cheese, one of those without mayo. They asked if I wanted mustard instead of mayo, to which I replied, No, just no mayo. They asked if I wanted ketchup while I ordered and again when I was getting my food. Both the young man who took my order and payment and the young woman who handed me my food were friendly and she said Happy New Year, sho that’s nice.
They charged me 40 cents for cheese on each Whopper, but I got one with no cheese, no tomato, and no mayo. (The sandwich wrapper was marked no mayo, but the tomato and cheese were unmarked.) I live right down the street in Sundoro and by the time I got home about four minutes later the burger was so cold it was like it had been in a fridge. Not a good first impression.
I’d recommend going inside and eating there so you can correct your order if need be while they work out the kinks.

Dining room, bathroom, and kitchen are all clean, patrons are chill, and the staff are attentive. Also, just look at that burger! That’s how it’s done! Everything was awesome, even the tomatoes, and I don’t even like tomatoes!
