This weekend my partner and I had the opportunity to visit Imperial Beach. Our plan was to walk along the pier and then go out for dinner. Our plan changed when we arrived at this lovely place. The staff had such a great vibe, the food was delicious with its own unique style. We ordered the Bulgogi beef bowl, the Spicy pork bowl, a Honey Citrus Tea, and a beer. The music was great, and the view was breathtaking. Thank you for the experience!

This restaurant is such a gem not just because of the food, but because of the location. It’s literally at the end of the Imperial Beach pier, surrounded by ocean on all sides, and the views (especially at sunset!!) are unbelievable. Even just grabbing a drink and walking around feels like peak beach-day vibes.

I visited during their soft opening about a month ago, and even then the place already looked great. With the new owner, the Asian (especially Korean) fusion options are a fantastic addition to Imperial Beach.

The vibe here is very relaxed. There are people fishing nearby, so it’s not a fancy “dining dining” atmosphere, but that’s not what you come here for. It’s about the food, the ocean breeze, the views, and the laid-back pier energy. Plenty of outdoor seating with benches and tables makes it a great place to chill with friends or enjoy a solo moment with the waves.

If you’re visiting Imperial Beach, walking the pier, or out fishing, this spot is an absolute must-try. Great food, stunning views, and a unique fusion menu you won’t find anywhere else on the pier.

It’s a beautiful restaurant in a truly stunning location. With the new owner, both the exterior and interior have become much cleaner, and the food has improved as well. The rice bowl are definitely worth trying, and the Korean ramen is absolutely delicious. I also tried the fish n chips and the waffle fries — both were great. The rice bowl and ramen are the best I’ve had in San Diego. If you visit Imperial Beach or go fishing at the pier, this is a restaurant you must stop by.

Came for a casual lunch with my parents and brother. There was something for everyone on the menu. Love that they carry fish and chips and chowder for those that prefer traditional pier food offerings. We had mixed shrimp and fish and chips (the shrimp were huge and juicy, the chips were waffle cut, and the batter was a light and crispy cornmeal coating), fried calamari (huge and tender, cornmeal coating), clam chowder (on the thinner side, but that’s a personal preference), spicy edamame (freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned), beef bulgogi bowl (deliciously marinated and tender, properly steamed rice, served with spicy mayo and kimchi), lemon wedges, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce were provided. We had such a feast trying out the flavorful foods. A really fun experience on a cold and rainy day. Service was excellent, very friendly, and dining area was clean. I look forward to returning in the near future to try out some other items with my friends and family.

As a Korean, I’m always a bit curious—and sometimes skeptical—when I hear the term “Korean fusion.” But the restaurant I visited this time completely exceeded my expectations. They serve an impressive variety of dishes that blend Korean, Western, Japanese, and other cuisines so harmoniously that every plate felt balanced and thoughtfully crafted.
The Spicy Mayo Salmon Bowl had a sauce with the kind of depth and refinement you’d expect from a fine-dining restaurant. And the Wow! Garlic Shrimp Po’ Boy was honestly the best Po’ Boy I’ve ever had.
After the meal, I had a chance to chat with the owner and learned that he’s a professionally trained chef with a nationally certified culinary license from Korea. Suddenly, everything made sense—the flavors clearly reflect his expertise and experience.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits.

A wonderful restaurant in such a gorgeous location in the far end of the pier in imperial beach.
It would be nice to just Grab some beer and walk around to feel the beach vibe
Or sit down outside in a sunny day. They have plenty of bench and table.
The new owner added a lot of Asian fusion options which we love so much. We tried egg spam bowl and eel bowl.
There are ppl fishing around so it is not super clean but hey what we are looking for is not a Dining dining but chill vibe.
This is a must go if you are in imperial beach

So glad we have a new addition of cuisine in IB that hits a different taste pállate. This Korean fusion place hits the spot. Let’s start with the miso soup. At 3.50 cup, it’s a great set up for your Korean rice bowl entree- light yet creamy and savory. I had the loco moco rice bowl which is Hawaiian but the kimchi allowed it to be fused into the Korean culture and it was delicious! I will be returning to experience the bulgogi bowl, the ramen and their fish&shrimp chips. I’m glad they are here to satisfy my urge for Korean cuisine because I need more of that Kimchi in my life.

Hoping to see a kimchi, egg and rice bowl addition to the menu.

Happy eating!
