I normally enjoy eating at Olive Garden, however today I rate this Olive Garden poorly in service, cleanliness, and food temperature.
The women’s restroom was filthy. The hostess was sent in the restroom to check the paper towel holder, and the restroom should have been cleaned.
When we were finally seated at the table the waitress took our drink order and came right back, and proceeded to take our soup and salad order and it took her 5 to 10 minutes to bring out the salad, and she offered me a plate for salad because the soup was still cooking and 30 minutes later she brought out the soup and it was warm, and then she dropped the cheese grater on the floor and it took her another few minutes to bring back the cheese and now my soup is cold. Finally, I thought I could eat but the utensils were dirty, and the soup spoon was dirty too. The entree was served hot but, the portion was small. We finished our food and had to wait 20 minutes to checkout. It was a horrible time. I don’t know if the waitress was new, or if she had a lot going on. I did not enjoy h th e service today, and I do not anticipate returning to this establishment. They need to improve in service, cleanliness, and food temperature for the soup. Before I end we sat in a booth and the wall had spaghetti sauce on it and the built in wine rack was empty and very dusty. The staff really need to clean up this restaurant. They need an updated inspection.

The greeter at the door with the really weird looking over-processed pink hair had an attitude. Horrible horrible way to start to our visit. She did not walk us to the booth, pointed, told us which Booth to sit at and then later came up with the menus. Not very professional. The waitress made up for it though, she was great and the food was very good. It came out very quick and it tasted great. We haven’t been there in quite a bit so we were glad the waitress was cheerful and helpful. Wish I would have got her name.

Our server Destiny was absolutely amazing! She was so kind-hearted and made our entire experience wonderful from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone with her warmth and genuine care in the service industry these days. Destiny is truly a jewel – we’ll definitely be back because of her!

I visited this Olive Garden around 7:45 PM with my toddler, who was well-behaved throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing.
We were seated at a dirty table, which was never cleaned by our server. It took an excessive amount of time for us to be greeted and to receive drinks or food. During the meal, the waitress did not offer drink refills or cheese for my soup, and my toddler’s meal was forgotten entirely, causing further delay.
I also asked a male member of management wearing an off-white sweater for to-go soup refills. Unfortunately, this did not improve the situation, as the refills were never brought to our table. At that point, I decided to leave.
Dining out with a child already requires patience, and this level of inattentiveness from both staff and management made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, the service was slow and lacked basic attention to detail. This visit fell far below expectations

The service was awesome. The food was excellent. The server was great too. Her name was Bri she went Way beyond and out of her way for us. She was awesome. She made sure we met everything we needed kept asking us. She was great. Had a wonderful smile on her face. She was just awesome and the food was awesome too. Even had leftovers. We’ll be doing this again and we say thank you to everyone that was involved. Thank you!

My boyfriend and some of our friends came out for dinner on a Wednesday night in early November and were seated with Abby as our server. I have been to Olive Gardens many times in various locations, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had solely because Abby was our server. She was very prompt and attentive, anticipated our every need. I was having trouble deciding what drink to order and ended up ordering the spiked strawberry lemonade which was far too sweet for my liking. When Abby came by to check on us and asked how I liked the spiked lemonade, I told her it was alright and she immediately offered to bring me something else I liked better. We didn’t have to wait or ask her for anything. Honestly, that might be the best dining experience I’ve ever had because Abby went above and beyond for our table. But something tells me she serves every table with that kind of exceptional service. Please give her a raise or make her a manager or recognize her somehow. I’ve worked as a server myself for many years and she exceeded every one of my expectation. The food was delicious, she brought us breadsticks before we even had to ask, brought us boxes and to-go containers for extra sauces. Just absolutely amazing!!!!

Olive garden used to be the best Italian restaurant in Columbus but it’s definitely downgraded. The food is still good but the service is just *womp*. They seem like robots. No really personal interactions. Just give me the order and bye. Also all our drinks were watery and we had to wait what felt like forever for a refill.
Again, the food was great (when we finally got it ).
We used to get chocolates after paying and we didn’t. It’s my husband and son’s favorite part of going. So they went to the food pick up counter and got it from them.

First of all the reason for my families visit was my wife’s craving for Olive Garden, due to her pregnancy. Upon arrival through the front doors we were met with blank stares and a lackadaisical attitude. We were seated in a nice area that was clean but was blasting hot air from the vent. My ears were red. We then sat for 15 minutes waiting to be greeted by the wait staff. No drinks. No bread. No greeting for 15 minutes. We then place our order to a soft spoken young lady that seemed not to care. We sat for another 5 minutes to get our water. As we were waiting, our appetizer arrived. Wouldn’t you guess that it was the wrong one. We began to discuss getting up and leaving for the buffalo wild wings within walking distance. When our water arrived we were informed that they were out of the gnocchi soup. At that point we decided there was no reason to do business with Olive Garden. I will not be back.

My guess and i truely enjoyed our meals. Service was just amazing. Atmosphere it was great! Light was great in some places you can’t see your meal because it dark! But light was great. Food looked delicious and taste delicious. We will come again!
