Tore into a batch of 30 nuggets and pulled an unlucky raw piece. If I get sick from this and need to go to the hospital for salmonella, I’m definitely going to sue.

I will only visit this location if absolutely necessary. I now go to the location on 301 where the manger treats the customers very kindly. This location is very fickle on whether they want to be child friendly or not. The tipping point for me was when a few weeks ago, the unpleasant woman that works the dining area approached our table and asks me “does your child play in the playground?” When I replied yes, she states that children over 3 are no longer allowed. She then pats my 4 year old little boy on the back and says “ you’re a big boy, you’ll be ok”. Today we visit this location only because of a doctor appointment near by and there are children of all ages in the play area. As a Hispanic woman, when companies waver on their policies, you start to wonder if there is an unkind motive behind it.

I stopped by today to get dinner for my family and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered five deluxe sandwiches, but received regular sandwiches instead, and one sandwich was completely missing. I had to drive all the way back to get the missing item. When I explained the situation, I was only given one replacement sandwich without cheese, which still wasn’t what I originally ordered.
This level of carelessness and unprofessional service is very disappointing, especially from a place known for customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their attention to detail moving forward.

I will never go to this location ever again. The staff is rude and the leadership is clueless. This location makes up so many lies as their policies. You can go to any other location and can receive a side of pickles or extra sauce or even a ice cream cone flipped in a big enough cup where the cone doesn’t flip over but this location they make it seem they are not there to please their customers just only charge them for high food. You gotta love paying nearly $5 for a coke float, $24 for two 12ct meals, and are given one sauce person, one napkin person and a drink that is nearly empty. I have been to this location a few times and every experience is worse. Customers pay too much money to get cheated.
