Great place for families. Amazing real ice cream shakes! Has an upbeat diner vibe with an extensive menu. Bonus is the place has a little bakery of pies and cookies.

In the area and we seen diner and decided on breakfast here. I ordered and tried the stuffed potato pancake breakfast. Although I have never had it before, the picture looked amazing. When the food arrived it also looked just like the picture. First cut in, I knew I was not going to like it, and when I tasted the first bite, I confirmed it. Just a beautiful looking mush of food. I do not like mush…not for me. No big deal, I ordered it off the picture, and it was not for me. The server presses me to not worry and removed from my bill. I try to tell her that I will pay, and that it is not an issue at all, but she will not take no for an answer. Very kind thing to do when I did not complain or ask for that. Michelle also was quite amazing in reciting all of the desserts….impressive indeed.
There is plenty of food selections to choose from.

First time at a Big Boy Restaurant in decades. The place was easily accessible from the 15 and plenty of parking. The food was very good, comfort eats, the portions were just right and prices were reasonable. ($20.00 on average per person) Service was fast and friendly. Lots of room in the dinning area, clean and appears to be well managed. T shirts and pies are for sell at the counter. Would di e there again.

Bob’s Big Boy is my happy place. Breakfast lunch or dinner, they got something for you. I don’t live in California anymore, however when I do stop in, I will stop in here for a good bite at this Norco location (and the Burbank one too, if I can get to it). When I did live here, I would frequent the Diamond Bar location with family. I have always had great service when I’ve visited the Norco spot, from the kitchen staff to the servers. Never a bad thing to say, they are friendly and accommodating, I am never disappointed. The food at this location is always cooked to order, tastes great. The vibe in this location is always homely. Personal picks off the menu: for breakfast, my go-to is the Strawberry Waffle breakfast. Lunch and dinner, you can never go wrong with the Super Big Boy combo, with thousand island or bleu cheese for the fries. But the guilty pleasure of mine, is the Chilli Spaghetti. Dessert is complete with Hot Fudge Cake or Chocolate Shake. Check out their gift shop and pie counter (lemon meringue is my favorite, and theirs is good) they also have some jarred sauces for purchase too. Drop on in, they love good food just like you do !

This place will ALWAYS have a special space in my heart! I will ALWAYS love it purely out of nostalgia… but still, they do have a good burger!! I crave it & it is one of my all time favz.
It will always remind me of my grandparents & I love that! I even get to enjoy my grandfather’s Bob’s Bob Boy Piggybank daily. It sits on my dresser just like it did in his bedroom.
I am so grateful that this restaurant is still around!! Can’t wait to go again. So yummy!!

This was our favorite place as children and we haven’t been back in several decades so there was a lot of pressure to fill the nostalgia quotient in her head… But not only was it exactly as tasty as we remembered, it was the all-time, top-tier, best diner food we’ve ever had as adults, bar none!!!!

Our server was amazing: talking to us about the move the diner made since, listening to our story, giving us information, which menu items were changed, etc. We had a totally awesome experience and we definitely want to come back ASAP!!! For sure sooner than the last couple decades that it’s been, LOL.

I’ll admit that the biggest reason for coming is is nostalgia. As a kid, this was as fancy a restaurant as my parents could afford. The service here is outstanding, our servers are always happy and courteous. Of course the food is perfect, as perfect as I remember. I’m back to being 10 years old everyday time I come.I love Bob’s!

As soon as you walk in you may feel how classic this diner is going to be, but the extremely warm and friendly staff, excellent food options and the well spread menu items with classics sprinkled into most areas is a definite try.
Food was a 5 out of 5
Service was exemplary.

Classic diner done right. They serve exactly what you want from a diner, and they do it well. The chili spaghetti is my absolute favorite and honestly the only thing I ever order (though I’ll occasionally grab a burger, which is always good). My husband likes to try something different every time we come and has never had a bad meal. The malts and shakes are really good too. Service is always friendly and attentive, which keeps us coming back.
