Incredible space to share a with family and friends.
incredible spring rolls. I recommend them as a super tasty and crunchy starter.
The Crispy Pork Noodle Salad is the best choice. The combination of ingredients is superb; you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Spent $21 on lunch, and was still hungry afterwards. Sorry I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this is an exceptional case. The noodle salad (pictured) costs AUD$21 as of Oct 2025. For scale, note that the fork in the picture is just a normal-sized fork. There is less than 100g of pork in the bowl, and the other contents are equally lacking.

NOI is such a lovely spot! I had a truly wonderful meal here recently. The food quality is superb—I’m still dreaming about the banh mi! Their crispy pork and soy chicken banh mi were both flavour explosions and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Make sure you treat yourself to their authentic Vietnamese drip coffee too! Beyond the delicious food, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole restaurant is nice and warm. It’s the perfect spot for a casual and satisfying lunch. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for lunch on our way back to Sydney. One of the best Vietnamese we’ve had. Food was delicious, traditional, fresh and reasonably priced. Coffees were great too. Can definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.

Ordered a $12.80 roast pork Bahn mi plus $0.20 eftpos surcharge.
The taste was very good, love the hoisin sauce and presentation and service was good.
On a negative side, the bread was pretty small, could do with more veggies and meat serve was okay, not a lot tho. So this is more like an appetiser than a lunch meal.
The Bahn mi needed more fragrance and I couldn’t taste the pâté. Seems like there was none.

Was still hungry so I went to maccas…
Had many many Bahn mi even that one tasted good, nothing to crave about for $13.
As a reference a traditional Bahn mi cost between $6 and $8 in Cabramatta and the serving is a lot more generous and the roast pork very juicy and skin crunchy as.

The crew is made out of young people so they’re do pretty well and deserve recognition.
Hope the crew will learn from it.

The place seems very new and beautiful.

The worst Vietnamese food place I’ve been to. Good story to their name of their restaurant but look at the pork chops, it was cooked yesterday and then reheated. See the black patch of burnt sauce. Ate what I could, the edge was hard as bones, microwave the crap out of it.
Didn’t plan to eat here but was told by a friend how good it was. He was a liar!!!!
