Went here on a busy Saturday night and they were packed. I knew that going in lol.
Was served by a server named Austin, and he was phenomenal all night. Super knowledgeable about the menu, was more than happy to bring extra lemons for my water, and fixed my salad. All of our food was outstanding, the steaks juicy and cooked to perfection, my potato fully loaded and delicious. My partners broccoli was steamed perfectly. All in all a great way to celebrate.

The 6 oz sirloin steak is sooo good! Very tender & flavorful! This is the 2nd time I’ve had it & it was delicious both times! You will not be disappointed! Service was excellent too – from Melissa, who took our order, the server, and manager who checked how every was. Very prompt, attentive and service with a big smile!!!

I have been to the best steakhouses around the world. Texas Roadhouse does steak as well as anyone. Tonight our meals were perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious. My porterhouse was magnificent. Our server, Emily, was wonderful. Pleasant and attentive. I don’t think 5 minutes passed between times she stopped by to be sure that everything was great and to be sure there was nothing we needed. The drinks were also superb. And the peanuts can’t be beat!!!

The service was great; our server was very enjoyable and she did an amazing job. The rolls as always were so delicious I basically took my entire meal home in a to-go but did try my steak, fries, and mashed potatoes and each were delicious. The steak was cooked to the medium rare I desired and was juicy; the steak fries were salted to a perfect amount; the mashed potatoes done with real potatoes makes it all the better, although, I wouldnt recommend if you dont like some of the skins in it, but personally I love it like that. Their Ocean Cooler with an Ocean Kicker was sweet and delicious. And my new best friend who works there gave me a great happy birthday shout out after getting me on the bull. I never had a bad experience here and was glad I chose to go here for my birthday celebration!

The past 2 visits to texas roadhouse I had to send my steak back. I hate sending food back because I know it gets trashed and hate to make a fuss. But I order my steaks Rare, this time it came to me medium, and the last time it came medium well. Then my 6 year olds medium steak came to us rare. She liked it though. I do expect to get what I order being in this industry for 12 years myself I know how it is. Our server was excellent. Maybe teach the cooks how to cook a steak, ooooor let me teach them! The steak meal I ordered was perfectly delicious. The waitress was great checking in repeatedly. My issue this evening was the $8.50 price tag on a mixed drink that had very little alcohol in it. When I asked the waitress about it, she said a lot of people say that about that drink. I think it was called Island Cooler. It was a bright blue and more sugar than anything else. I wish I could recommend it, but not at this location. And no, I did not pay the additional $2 for the kicker.

The quality of the steak was not ideal, although it had good flavor and was cooked to order. The baked potato was nothing special and the Ceasar salad was small and had 2 croutons to speak of. The server was very good, but the birthday celebrations are both loud and obnoxious.

We needed to drive around a bit for parking. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was fun. Our waiter, Clinton, was so nice. The only complaint was the floors were very sticky.

Every time my wife and I come to the restaurant we always order our steaks rare and medium rare….. last I checked shoe leather ain’t either one of them. I’ve been putting off this review because I think next time we go the steaks will be cooked how they are supposed to be but I’m wrong every time. And I know we’re not the only ones who gets overcooked steaks. The manager says “ sorry, come back again and we’ll make it right.” How many next times can there be?

The food here is usually decent, and I’ve enjoyed their take-out in the past.
However, I recently placed a to-go order and was disappointed to find that my order was missing the rolls. The rolls are a signature part of the meal, so it was frustrating to get home and realize they weren’t included; especially since I paid full price and didn’t receive everything I ordered.
