The food like other Dennys is a guarantee . The service also in this place is really good , they were really fast . The bad thing about this specific Dennys is the fact that is located in a very bad neighborhood, a lot of homeless around . You cannot even enjoy your meal because outside there are really sketchy people.
When we went we had a situation that a homeless person ate and didn’t pay , they were trying to chase him , but they couldn’t caught him .
Things like this will never make me want to come back to this specific place . It’s really sad that everything is good but because of this I have to put a 2 star rate .

This Denny’s has a close access to the freeway. Handicap accessibility is limited in some cases especially for the restrooms which are very small and hard to maneuver a wheelchair around.
There is handicap parking near the front door.
It would be a good idea to park where you can see your vehicle.
The waitress, Kirsten was excellent. She’s very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients and was able to resolve one issue quickly and to my satisfaction.
I ordered sirloin steak and poached eggs with pancakes. The steak was delicious and tender. The pancakes are as big as the plate and tastes delicious with the real butter on top.
I was disappointed in the condition of the poached eggs as they came in a small bowl with water and The yolk of one egg was running out.
(Note to the cook; use a slotted spoon to take the eggs out of the boiling water to remove excess water.)
My son ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and he was very satisfied with it. He is 6’2 and eats a lot however he still had enough leftover to take home for another meal. He certainly got his money’s worth.

This is the best Dennys I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many. We showed up with 10 people and got a table immediately. The service was amazing, the food came out super fast, It’s family run, and everything tasted fantastic! Also super easy to get to from Circus Circus, literally a 20 minute walk and an even shorter drive. HIGHLY recommend.

I visit this Denny’s with friends almost every Wednesday. They have amazing service that keeps me coming back, and the food is good, too. The slamburger is my favorite . The staff is great overall, but the manager Ozzie in particular is on top of everything and always checking in even if we have a different server. He has a great attitude and is super friendly. I look forward to seeing him, and hope he stays at this location for a long time to come!

This could possibly be the last affordable hamburger in Reno. I was staying in this area and tried most of the food around. This Dennys has better food and service (much better service) than Jacks or any other restaraunt nearby. We dine in and often order to go. This is the only place you can feed two people to go with tip for less than $30. They have online deals for pick up (Hamburger and fries for $10) that are unmatched in Reno. The food is always Delicious, great quality and made exactly to order. The value portions are not smaller like everywhere else. Ive eaten here probably 10 times in the last 6 weeks with zero complaints. Just great service and food and a great price. Keep doing what you’re doing guys. Its working.

My wife an I were very happy with our food,no problems or complaints at all. But what we were “NOT” happy with at all was the “inhumanity” of an employee!!! There was a man kneeling down on the side of the building, not in anyone’s way at all. My wife approached the door an he asked her if she could please get him some “Pancakes ” a small pancake is $2 at Denny’s no problem. After she went in an employee came out an….. he look at the homeless man as if he was lower then lower started his truck an walked back by an looked the same way he soon came back out with another employee an then told the homeless man he had to leave I instantly got out our van an yeld to the guy….Hay buddy, don’t go anywhere my wife is getting you pancakes ❤️ …I then said to the employee,it’s ok if he stays to get his pancakes right. He said to me “he’s very drunk” the homeless man never staggered when he was walking away or when he got up a lie. Even if he was he was causing “0” problems. The employee went back inside then left. The homeless guy got an ate an enjoyed his pancakes ❤️❤️ I had to humble myself when approaching the employees an the reason why I had to was because of his “Heartless, thoughtless act towards his hungry homeless brother kneeling waiting for $2 worth of pancakes “………..that he himself could’ve brought to his coldhomeless hungry brother……. instead of running him off. I wouldn’t want such a “heartless cold person” like that working at my establishment sad sad sad. Denny’s can do much much better.

Good, positive energy on an out of town visit from West Sacramento for an emergency surgery for my Aunt Nancy at Renown Regional Medical Center right around the corner. Quick response to us being seated & drinks provided & coffee refilled. Our waiter, Alex, brought us free donuts in advance, per a review on the restaurant. Our food came out fast, hot & ready for the most part, but my sausage was cold on the inside. Alex offered to heat it up, but I managed to eat it the way that it was. Overall, a good experience for the occasion & may be back, again, if necessary!

Nice place for breakfast. Extremely busy place on a Sunday morning. We ordered steaks for breakfast and the food came out quick. For a moment, I thought I was eating potato salad, but then I asked the waitress to replace the mash potatoes since they are cold. T-bone and sirloin tasted great. Shakes tasted great. They even gave the extra shake from the shaker too.
Restrooms are fine but only one stall and one urinal for a restaurant this size is probably not gonna work out well. There was a line for the women’s room.

Fast and friendly service. The value slam was served in about 10 minutes and was cooked perfectly. The restrooms were clean and the waitress attentive. Finally, the wifi was fine. Not a great part of town, however.

Very bad experience at Denny’s on International Women’s Day. My family and I came to eat and politely asked if we could move to another table because we didn’t want to sit in the middle of the restaurant.
An older man dressed in black (possibly a manager) treated us very rudely and disrespectfully and basically forced us to leave just for asking to change tables.
Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially on a day meant to celebrate women and families. We will not be coming back.
