The food is great, but only if you can actually get it.
I’ve given Bun-D many chances, knowing they’re struggling getting staff, but I think after today’s experience I won’t be back again.
I first stood in line with 4 others for about 15 minutes (then another 3 people joined the line) at lunch time because both employees had disappeared into the back at the same time.
Finally got to order. Didn’t get a receipt, didn’t get a stamp on my loyalty card, and didn’t get a warning that the only veggies left were onions, corn, and beans. So now I’m having chicken with onions and corn instead of a chicken and veggie bowl… and of course it cost the same as a full bowl.
This, coupled with the fact that lunch is literally the only time Bun-D is open, plus the overall “can’t be bothered” attitude of the current staff is going to keep me away, at least until things improve.

Great place to eat, especially if you’re vegan but every time I go there, there’s an issue. Out of ingredients. Closed 5 hours early. Or credit card machine not working.
