When our food finally came out, it was basically thrown onto the table instead of being served properly. It honestly felt disrespectful. On top of that, we were rushed the entire time and it felt like they were trying to push us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible.
Going out to eat should be a pleasant experience, but this place made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend it based on the way customers are treated here. There are plenty of other sushi spots that actually value their customers.had a really disappointing experience at this sushi place. From the moment we sat down, the staff seemed annoyed that we were even there. The service was rude and unwelcoming.

Hibachi style was $80.00. Had a really good experience. Tell your waitress you are not in a rush and this should allow you to enjoy your food with no hesitation.
We had so much to eat we could not finish our food. We had two meats, rice, and vegetable and a salad and a beverage.

If you love Sushi like my son does…. Order the Love Boat
today, there was a staple in my rainbow roll. upon informing the restaurant over the phone it seemed like they didn’t believe me and insisted on providing a credit. i then visited the restaurant and they gaslit me and insisted on providing a credit because providing a refund would mess up their drawer. why would i want to give another chance to a restaurant that had a foreign METAL object in my food? what if i swallowed the staple? what if i broke a tooth? the staff left me at the counter for five minutes while they called someone, upon coming back they said they could only refund if i brought the food back. but i thought they couldn’t because it would mess up their drawer? why would i carry around this food? i trashed it immediately. i ordered the food last night and ate it for lunch today and they repeatedly said i should have told them yesterday…so now i cant eat food the day after buying it?
they then proceeded to gaslight me for ten minutes repeatedly explaining how a stapler works and that it was impossible, insinuating that i am lying. they finally gave me a refund for just the roll, not the entire meal, begrudgingly. as a former restaurant manager, seeing a restaurant i once loved handling such a serious situation so poorly is disturbing. this was so crazy im really appalled by the unprofessionalism and how they repeatedly spoke over me and insinuated i was lying for $10 refusing to acknowledge the principle of the situation. if you decide to eat here you better hope you have no issues because their conflict resolution and management are both horrendous.
but tonight NOT SO GOOD
I stopped in to get dinner for my family. It was busier than normal with takeout. Lots of people in and out, The girls at the front taking orders were overwhelmed.
Anyway, I ordered four different meals and three were disgusting.
My daughter ordered chicken pad thai and they gave her vegetable pad thai and it was so overcooked and full of mushy onions,. Yuk
It was horrible and the chicken fried rice was dry like the Sahara desert.
If they’re going to be busy, they need to know how to handle crowds and prepare FRESH FOOD …for $75 It should’ve tasted delicious with fresh ingredients. It was trash!! Never going here again!!
I’ve passed this place for so many years, skeptical on how I would feel…I wish I tried this hidden gem sooner!
