I always order trays of food, like meatballs, salad, stuffed shells, etc., from Colvitto’s when we are having a party!! Guests are always so pleased with the authentic flavors and the “abbondanza”!! I order a few days ahead online and then also call ahead before picking up, to be sure my order is on schedule. The check out line can sometimes be annoying, but it’s a local place with it’s own quirks – worth it!!

Grew up eating these pizza slices.. over 25 years…it was the hot stop on the way to the beach when I was highschool, paid a dollar for a cheese slice back then lol…this pizza was wayyyy better in high school. This is always one of my stops whenever I am in the area nowadays.. been eating the cheese and mushrooms slice for 25 years. They NEVER have mushroom left when I visit regardless of the time, they do not keep inventory of what is left or needed. I get if you come at the end of the day inventory may be low , but early afternoon you should be stocked with all the slices you offer.. The last few times I went the pizza was soo dry and overcooked, could barely chew it. i typically will not ask them to reheat it to avoid this.Today was in the area and went in for a slice of mushroom, of course they didn’t have it. I asked if they could add mushrooms to a cheese slice , but she said no. The server said they would prob be making more but could be 20 or more minutes IF they were. She told me the cheese and pep slices just came out and we’re fresh. I settled for a slice of cheese, got to the car and the bottom was completely burnt and black. I went back in, and she gave me another lesser burned slice, but was from same pan..though not black on the bottom, it was dryer than a saltine in the dessert sand..could barely eat half because I could not chew it..That pizza should not have been sold. I know costs continue go up for mom/ pop shops and people don’t want to waste, but whoever is running the oven clearly isn’t paying attention..idk if its just a lot youngins in the kitchen, but clearly they do not care about the quality of pizza …I dont think I will be visiting anymore after over 25 years of patronage, the quality has gone wayyyy down over the years..

Pizza strips are my favorite here when I come back home to RI. The calzones are delicious as well. I would highly recommend ordering here or stopping in for lunch.

Ok, not 5 stars because they messed up my order…but WOW! Great pizza! Fabulous prices too. The calzones are big, I went in to get our order and was bummed I didn’t get one. Plus, look at these Desserts! pizza was thick sliced, so one large pizza fed 5 kids, 1 husband easy!
I ordered online, and even though it let me modify my order, when I got there the girl said they didn’t do that. I also ordered a white pizza, but got regular…to good to care that much.
We will be back for our after-beach meal again! Next time…desserts!

Looove this pizza! The flavor of the sauce and crispy yet airy crust really my favorite pizza of all time! Also the calzone and meatball pastry are all delicious.I highly recommend!! Good prices too! Always friendly staff. We usually just do take out.

Frozen. The calzones dough might be made by hand but nothing else is. Frozen Tyson chicken patties in the calzones. Jar sauce with canned veggies. Not a fresh mushroom or anything in site. The desserts come frozen. Untrained messy staff. It’s very expensive for frozen food and cheap freezer aisle dessert. Just a tourist trap.
