For my daughters 21st Birthday myself (her mother) & her daddy took her with her granny and her boyfriend to King Crab in Waycross. This was mine and my husband’s first time. The others had been several times before with no real complaints. Now tonight our waitress came to our table took our order and returned to the table wanting to know were we ok with the cost of the king crab legs being pricey. Her daddy said yes as i was asking what the price was she was gone. We never saw her again until after our orders were delivered to our table by some other person who only brought us 1/2 of her boyfriends order and the second half arrived when everyone was just about done. My daughters daddy was gonna get her what she wanted and what she wanted was not what she said she was flustered and tried to read from the menu and read king rather than snow and it all happened so fast that it could not be corrected. There was not one person to flag down to ask about price (105.00 a cluster) Wow!!! She had 2 and we paid and left. Our drinks ran dry we were not brought claw crackers for first 20 minutes of our meal. If someone is spending 408.00 I would think if the waitress would want to make them happy. She would have had a very good tip we almost always pay 25% or better. Her loss and we probably won’t be back again. My daughter was embarrassed because she had talked so well of the restaurant to her daddy and then it was a bad experience. The waitress never (nor did anyone else) even took notice of my daughters head band that said….IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!!!…..not well run at all. Even the floor manager was too busy to stop and ask were we ok. All the food was over cooked. The 105.00 a cluster king crab legs were so over cooked the shells wouldnt Crack they were soooo soft. Not ever again. So sad.

Decided to visit this establishment after a trip to Jacksonville. Came in with a party of 7. Was sat in a dining space and was the only table in the room..(room with projector mounted in ceiling). Place was not busy at all. Waitress came after about a 10 minute wait. She got our drink order. After bringing drinks she then placed our order..We didn’t see her again until the food was delivered. No refills while waiting for food. I had to walk to kitchen doorway and get the waitress attention.( She was in the back talking to another waitress) All of the napkin holders were out of napkins..so I had to ask for refills and napkins. The young lady was nice but I’m not sure if this was her first job or if this is the level of service she provides to her customers. We also had quite a wait to receive and pay our bill. I am a very patient person but this experience was not one to brag about. I wish your establishment and that young lady the best but this experience was my first and last visit.

We come to King Claw at least twice a month. Sometimes I do take out and others I do sit down meals. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is great, but what keeps me coming back is the food is amazing and the service is top notch.
We dined in last night and our waitress, Jen was amazing. She has such a positive attitude and a bright smile. It is honestly contagious!

I will definitely come back. Food was amazing but our server is another reason we will be back. Ask for Seth as he an asset for King Claw… Five stars Seth and thank you for making our Valentines Day the best! See you soon!!

Our first time here and we were very pleased. Ordered a pick 3 appetizer and 2 shrimp tacos then the Royal Boil. Food came quickly with refills. When she noticed we were finished she came to see if we wanted to go bag. We already ate some of the appetizers before I took the picture. It seemed like our server Savannah was the only one with tables. She heard me say it to my wife about her birthday and she got everyone together and sang for her! Also gave her free cheesecake!

3 dollars for a fork full of cole slaw? Ridiculous. And not sure if shrimp can get any smaller. Never buying from here again!

Low Country Boil was tasty, plenty to eat, then take home the rest! $3 happy hour draft beer is a winner! Friendly service and a personable manager Nikki, too!

Food was delicious!! I chose to order take out & I enjoyed it to the fullest. I ordered the Bayou Boil, I didn’t want the crawfish but for some reason you’re not allowed to change out any items in your order. I really didn’t like that! The corn was just a little tough but everything else was perfect. The prices are a little high so come prepared but other than that.. it’s a nice place to eat some good seafood UPDATE: 7-12-25 I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SEAFOOD BOIL I RECEIVED YESTERDAY! THE SNOW CRAB LEGS WERE MUSHY. THE SAUSAGES WERE GREAT, ALONG WITH THE EGGS BUT THE CORN IS STILL TOUGH! THE SHRIMP WAS FAIR! THE SEASONING IS DIFFERENT AND ITS NO WAY POSSIBLE THIS IS GARLIC BUTTER! I REALLY HATE THROWING AWAY MY MONEY!

Have you ever been to a restaurant that has a sign that says if you have a party of a certain amount a mandatory gratuity will be added to your tab and the service is just not as good as it would be if the waiter/waitress had to wait and see what kind of tip they will get for their service? Well this is one of them. After a $57,80 mandatory tip was added server was not as attentive as it was when we went with only 3 in our party. Food is great but most servers here when they see there is an automatic gratuity added they are not as pleasant to tend to your table.
