I placed a mobile order for my morning coffee & neglectfully forgot to change the location from the Lisle store to the Lemont location. I didn’t realize this until I went to pick my order up & they didn’t have it. The guy helping me was kind, patient, & forgiving of my stupid mistake & remade my drink for me by his own suggestion! They did not owe me a remake (or anything for that matter) because of my own negligence, but the kind gesture was beyond appreciated! Thank You!

Been to a lot of Starbucks before this is a fantastic one. The staff is very friendly and calls people by name all the time. A lot of repeat business and a lot of the same people are in there which is great. Atmosphere is warm clean and friendly outside seating is gorgeous comfortable and their shade.. sometimes people even bring their small dogs to drink coffee outside but them which is cute. Food is great and a good value if in the area it’s a must visit! There are also several other shops to visit around there as well something for everybody in that mini mall

I ordered a gingerbread chai (no changes just a basic one) and 1. Not only did they make it incorrectly with no cold foam 2. I went in and asked them to fix it and they still made it wrong. This establishment doesn’t know what they’re doing or how to make a simple drink.

Where do I begin? Rude employees or the terrible food, maybe dirty counters? Breakfast sandwich so over microwaved could not eat it because couldn’t bite thru the muffin. Or the fact that each drink was wrong. After coming in to pick up a large order, instead of it being placed together, it was scattered thru out the other orders. I asked if I could get a drink carrier since I had 6 drinks and food. The employees totally ignored me. After asking a second time, one stated, “We don’t have any,” and walked away. Now Starbucks, your business is drinks, right? No drink holders??? Did you expect me to make a tower and balance with one hand so I could utilize the other to open doors? I guess I could have used the sticky stuff now on my hands from the dirty counter to glue the order together. I was fortunate enough that another customer picking up was just as shocked, helped me to carry the order, and opened doors. Clearly see in photo not ice means means ice and no strawberries. Unfortunately, when in Lemont, I would suggest any of the Dunkins over Starbucks.

They are very friendly and provide great service! They are understanding because I couldn’t make it on the day of my birthday so they gave me it 2 days after. Overall great place with amazing workers, I highly recommend!

We were waiting for 15 minutes to buy a coffee. Nobody was talking to us & they were just walking around doing nothing. Basically ignoring us. I thought Starbucks was very high on Customer Service & i’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. Never seen anything like this.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are the most inconsistent unfriendly workers. The drinks that you spend $20 on for three are never the same. Today I was handed a hot caramel macchiato with caramel all over the outside of the cup put right in my hand And two other Frappuccino were all water. I will not be going back to that Starbucks. They are a waste of money and they are not friendly.
