Extremely disappointed and frustrated with PF Chang’s. I understand they are busy, but this was unacceptable.
We ordered takeout and waited an extra 15 minutes for our order. When we tried to verify that everything was included, the older woman working the to-go station gave us an attitude and insisted it was all there and correct. Needless to say, when we arrived home, it was not.
We were missing dressings for both salads, an entire side of fried rice, and the coconut ice cream that comes with the fried bananas (which, being pregnant, was honestly the one thing I was really looking forward to).
Immediately after noticing the missing items, I attempted to call three times and was disconnected each time. On the third call, someone answered, said they were transferring me to the to-go department, and after sitting on hold for several minutes, someone picked up the line and then hung up again.
We will not be returning. As someone who has managed in the restaurant industry and worked both expo and serving positions, I understand how busy restaurants can get — but this level of service and lack of accountability is not acceptable especially when paying almost $70 for food

Consistent quality everytime and perfectly seasoned and well cooked noodles, meats, and veggies makes PF Chang’s a staple on our list. My favorite is Mongolian beef with Lo Mein, and next best on my list is Kung Pao Shrimps. The new dessert, butter cake was delicious too.

Went out with my mom and her friend group for lunch. It was wonderful and buzzing with it being Saturday lunch. The food is always amazing but I wanted to write a review for the service. Our waiter Giovanni was great. He is friendly and upbeat which sets the tone for the meal. He was attentive and engaging. He so made sure to close out the service with a thank you again and a friendly wishes for the rest of the day. I will always recommend P.F Changs if you want that extra atmosphere but the staff was wonderful.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail — she made us feel like valued guests, not just another table. Andrea truly elevated the entire dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back because of her. Highly recommend requesting her if you want top-tier service!

Our server, Jessica, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was excellent. She checked on us often and at times that were perfectly paced as if reading our minds. She was so friendly and sweet, and was willing to humor all of our requests. the food is always very tasty and the entrees are a good price for the amount of food you get. The appetizers and desserts while tasty are a bit too pricey for what you get, but all together a great experience. Give that server Jessica a raise!

Wow, what an incredible experience! Our server, Lawrence P. tonight was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, they were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They had such great recommendations from the menu, and everything they suggested was spot on. They were incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive, always there exactly when we needed something, and just had this wonderful energy that really elevated our whole meal. Seriously, it was some of the best service I’ve ever had!

My family and I had the best experience eating here on Christmas Eve. We had made reservations for 6:30pm but had to wait a little for our table but everything that happened after that was top notch!!! Our server for the evening was DeAnn. She had an upbeat and festive attitude and was such a hard worker and did everything to please. I loved her!! I could tell all the worker there were busy but all very positive. I commend the management at this establishment. They all made our family evening out magical!

The portion size is SMALL. I could see the bottom of my bowl after I opened it. This is the “lunch combo” it was cold and stale as if it had been sitting around or cooked an hour ago. I also ordered a kids meal that was twice the size of my lunch combo, and it was actually hot. This bowl included an old egg roll that was falling apart and cold and a sprite that was warm! All for the low price of $18.99!

Ordered beef with broccoli dinner takeout for curbside pickup. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:25 but it took over half an hour beyond that to be brought out to the car. Food was cold and portion size was too small for a $20 dinner. The food would probably have been delicious if warm, but you lose quality when you have to reheat a meal like this is the microwave. Very disappointed and not worth the money spent. Not planning to do takeout here again.
