I am so unhappy with this experience. The pizza was mediocre at best and honestly we didn’t end up finishing one of them. The cheese and pineapple pizza was fine but the vegetarian one was very wet.
The thing that I am so super very upset about is the cheesy tater tots. I am so frustrated at what I got from what is in the picture. I know that things are not going to look like what is in the picture but this was pathetic. It was mushy. There were barely any tater tots and for $10 it was a waste of money. I can’t believe how little food I got for $10. The picture shows me after I ate two tater tots because I was like crap. I need to take a picture of this. I will not be going back to this place. I am not happy with what I received.

Not sure what has happened at this location, but this is the third time I’ve received items that look like this from this specific Domino’s location. The first time I assumed it was a one off, because we’re usually very satisfied with what we order, but after giving them a chance a few more times–this seems to be their new norm. Really disappointing. Clearly some training needs to happen, because there’s no longer consistency in the quality of their food. Who puts these items in the box and thinks “yeah, that looks good”, and sends it to the customer? Pizza that’s mostly crust with all the sauce and toppings in middle, cheese dip that’s cheese a globby greasy mess, and the bread twists….well, just look at them. C’mon.

Been such a long time customer, tonight very well might change that. I asked for square cut and sure they might not make it perfect each time but this is insane. I get it was right before closing but I’m not excited to eat this, would you guys be? It looks as if someone dropped it on the floor. Will seriously remember this when considering whether to go with them or literally one of the 5 different pizza places in bg. Maybe they’ll have a little more integrity. Care about their customer base a little bit. Something, but this takes y’all out of my top 3 for sure.

I go to this location often. Pizza tastes great and is often ready sooner than expected. Prices are reasonable. The only bad part about this location is parking can be a challenge at peak times.

Let’s start off with I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review for a business or product…..until now. The process start to finish was terrible. Called and waited on hold for 15 minutes before driving down to place an order. I asked for the $12.99 special, and was charged $17.99. It took 10 minutes to explain to the cashier that I wanted 1 pizza with different topping on each half. Asked for red peppers and parmesan cheese on the way out and of corse they charge. As you can see it looks like I either went to a soup kitchen or they dropped it on the ground or something.

We’ve ordered here for some time but last order we did received their “meatazz” pizza with no meat !! I called in and was told I could come back and get another but I asked if I could get a refund instead the young woman said she would mail out a gift card for the amount of the pizza but never received anything and the pizzas were not that good which is sad they used to be good.

Just order pizzas and one came a mess, sauce all over. Called in to report and pizza insurance like Domino’s promise, and was told nothing could be done that’s how the pizza comes.

Pizza was overcooked. All the toppings were burned. Even the pizza crust was charred. The girl working there had long blond hair hanging down (not in a net) & when we got home, we found a long blond hair cooked into one of the pieces. But the staff was friendly.
