Paid almost $70 for my order, when I got home we started opening the food. I specially ordered extra bread because its something I really like. Unfortunately it was moldy,Sadly I didnt realize it til after I had already taken a large bite! This wasnt the only peice with mold on it.
When I called to complain about the moldy bread, the person said ‘well I didnt see that’ i told them ‘this is disgusting and you need to throw it away’ The person didnt say anything in response so I hung up. They never offered a partial refund, exchange or anything to fix/rectify my issue.
Can say nobody could pay me any amount to go back to this canes.

I used the order-ahead feature, and it worked out perfectly! No wait, fresh, and warm…what more could I ask for! Brief yet friendly interaction with the employees, and I was off to enjoy my evening. Been years since I’ve had canes and it was delicious!

This place does not function. I placed a mobile order and got here 5 mins early. Only for them to not make my order but marked it as completed. Even though I checked in at the counter. Then I had to wait 12 mins over my time after being here already. The food is fine but wow the ability to keep track and complete orders is non-existent. They also gave me the wrong drinks. Now I remeber why I always go to Chick-fil-A.

Good presentation nice crunchy tenders. The sauce was lovely as always and the fries were very crispy. Nothing was too burnt or burnt at all really and overall it was a very nice meal and it also came out very quickly and everyone was very polite and it was a clean for the most part building.

My wife and I ordered a 3 piece and 5 piece meal. The chicken is perfectly fried and tastes great. The fries were ok, as was the cole slaw, but I found out you can get the toasted bread buttered on both sides. The atmosphere is a typical fast food restaurant, but it was clean with available seating.

Usually every time I come here, the fries are soggy. I was very surprised when I took my first bite of them and they were crispy! The chicken and the bread are always delicious! The person who took our order was rude and for some reason trying to speak as fast as she could. She asked us a question and wouldn’t let us answer without her asking ‘what’ as we were trying to speak. I understand when it’s busy you try to get people in and out as quick as possible, but that was just rude. The person who handed us our food was great! I would give just her 5 stars!

Me and my kids usually go to the Canes in Fairview but we decided to do takeout at the Edwardsville, il location. All my meals had the smallest tenders I’ve ever received. There were a few regular or nice size ones but all 6 meals(22 tenders) about 5 were decent sized. I spent to much for kids meals

Would give zero stars if I could. They never give extra sauces even though they charge you for it, honestly rediculous. Chicken is always soggy and the fries r soggy. The management is awful. Managers are extremely rude to employees and treat them like slaves. DO NOT GO HERE
