I ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and subbed out onions for black olives, they put bacon on it (I’m allergic to pork) we called and talked to the manager, who looked up the order and said they would send a new one for free, instead after looking up the order to resend it sent me a basic papadia with onions and no black olives. We had to reorder again and I will be updating if they mess it up again, I wish I could leave 0 stars

I used to love Papa John’s but the last pizza I ordered I honestly found to be unedible. Open the box it just looked gross and it tasted like fast food garbage. I’m sorry man Papa John’s have fallen. I had to throw this $30 delivery pizza in the garbage & cook a DiGiorno and its place cuz it was so awful. Shame on you Papa John’s.

IF I COULD HIT A NEGATIVE NUMBER I DEFINITELY WOULD. Ordered online delivered by doordash…. I almost blamed the driver that my pizza was slid over on top of itself. But the so called crust is thinner than a piece of paper. Tell me please how in the heck am I supposed to eat this? I just wanted to give a shout out to this location for consistently hot, fresh, delicious pizza this year. When I moved to the area 3 years ago, I went through a couple of terrible experiences and stopped coming for a year. I decided to give the location another shot early this year and so far you guys have not disappointed me once. Tonight especially the ladies nailed it! The BEST so far. So, thanks ladies. I don’t use GrubHub, or any of those services. I order from a store that is 3 blocks away from my home. If I chose to have delivery, I expect a local who works at papa John’s, to deliver my food. Not some unknown individual, who can’t speak English. I’m done. Either hire local, and hire American, or continue to loose customers.

I hate to say but nothing about my experience was pleasant. I did carry out, I got the text saying it was ready for pick up so I went inside but still had to wait an extra 15 mins. When I got the pizza it was quite literally the worst looking pizza I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t get a refund because they didn’t give me my receipt. Asked for cheese sauce, got garlic. Everything that could go wrong did. 0/10 would not go here again.

The worst service that you will ever get is going to be from this place , the person who answered the phone calling himself a manager (jack) or whatever his name is. Is rude and disrespectful, bad for the company to let an employee who carry this type of low morals to be a manager for this location.
Ordered large pizza and paid $30.39 for it and got a personal one delivered. And when I called first time to figure out what is the issue he thought he can intimidate me, and refused to fix the issue that he made himself to the order and hung up on my face, I called back right away several times to get a hold of him and he didn’t pick up the store phone.
Lack of respect and poor customer service.
The corporate must be aware of this and has to take an action towards this matter.
