My husband and I come to this restaurant about two or three times a month.
It always has a good atmosphere. On weekends, you definitely need to make a reservation, which is very easy, not difficult at all. The furniture is very comfortable for sitting for a long time. The waiters are kind, polite, and professional. The quality of the food is always on the rise and it is fresh. ❤️
A nice feature they have is that you can order one pizza but in two different flavors or you can even order half a pizza if a whole pizza is too much for you. The pizzas here are very large and one person will definitely be full. ☺️

It usually gets really crowded there. I would recommend making a reservation first before visiting. The prices are okay. I have only tried the pizza – cannot say anything about the pasta. The pizzas are really good and are huge!!

I actually really liked the food at this place. The pizzas are thin, crispy and delicious. They have a great size that even a single pizza could be for two people.
It is very easy to communicate because the waitresses speak English.
The only thing I should mention against it is that the drinks are very expensive and nothing special, most of the beers are commercial.

I ordered a pasta in red sauce with various meats. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor, this was a nicely prepared dish. The meats were good, the sauce is tasty, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The wine was also good. I’m not a big fan of desserts because most of the time all desserts have dairy which I cannot have, however, to my surprise they managed to have something. A chocolate lava cake, served with a fruity scoop of sorbet. Buono.

Arguably the most popular pizzeria in Jena, and for good reason. Located in level of neue Mitte and in the base atrium of JenTower, this shop is not difficult to find. The decor and ambience are excellent, as is the food and drink. My personal favourite is the salsiccia picante pizza and the margherita pizza. The aperol spritz maracuja is a popular drink here. Love the free peanuts available at the bar top. Overall this is a must visit restaurant pizzeria of Jena.

It was unfortunately not very good this time. Our food took a long time to arrive, the wait staff was always busy and therefore I had to look for my own cutleries and everything seemed to have run out. The food was cold by the time it arrived. The pizza is good but has a super thin crust, and is huge, but too big for the plate it’s served on. Granted I have never learned to eat a pizza with a fork and knife, but the sheer size on the small plate makes it even harder to try. Thankfully they have an option to request for a sliced pizza.
They were out of basilikum for my pizza, and I was offered to put another topping instead. Would have been nice if I was told before the pizza was made so I could have chosen another topping or pizza altogether.
