We stayed at Quinn’s Hotsprings and took a short drive to this restaurant for lunch and It was affordable and the pizza was delicious!! So glad we stopped by! We left with fully happy bellies.

Normally everything is wonderful. But the last two visits have been a bit frustrating. We are from a town near by and showed up a little over an hour before closing, apon arriving, there was a family of 4 dining in. Otherwise empty. The server was unattentive from the start. We waited 10 minutes before being told that they were “so busy that they decided to close early”. And today, same server, was pretty much the same, unattentive, rude and unfriendly. Quite short concerning their credit card machine among a few other things that should typically be of no concern for the customer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PERIOD. Probably not going to be visiting anymore. Which is unfortunate. But in a small community, friendly customer service is quite important.

A great little pizza parlor. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was sooo good, but all of them tasted great. Prices were really good – especially for a small town with no competition nearby. Will definitely go back again.

Braden was my waiter. He was so accommodating, attentive and friendly. He made it very easy for me to find something within my dietary limitations. His customer service skills were stellar, above and beyond what I usually experience when dining. I had gluten free pizza and it was delicious! Everything tasted fresh made. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

I want to give Simple Simon’s a five-star for being a reliable restaurant in Plains. Their staff has always been friendly and professional towards me. My order has never been incorrect and has always been hot when I pick it up. Similarly, the quality is always about the same. I’m not saying this is homemade, but you know what you’re getting every time.
It’s hard to give them the five-star rating I would prefer to hand out because they just keep jacking up their prices. Every time I go in, it seems like their pricing has increased 10%
Wish we had a Domino’s or Pizza Hut, as their prices have remained stable for quite some time, while offering a similar level of pizza quality, if you can call it that.
