Fish Daddy’s was a nice surprise.
It was our first time to eat here. Our waitress LIZ did a phenomenal job helping us with our order. She was very knowledgeable about the food and menu.
I would highly recommend the Fresh North Atlantic Salmon (blackened)
It was a great overall experience. The atmosphere was nice. Good food. Helpful staff Liz .
Try the Firecracker shrimp if you like a little extra flavor with your shrimp. The salads were interesting as well.

12/14/15 First time here. Service was good. Atmosphere is nice & clean, moderate coffee shop music, good temperature. Food was good but nothing outstanding. Husband had Fish & Chips – 3 strips of cod, fries & slaw. I thought the slaw was exceptional, with a bit of fresh parsley. I had the same dish but substituted carrots and broccoli. We would like to go back and try some other dishes. But we prefer fish and chips at the place across the parking lot.

If I could give this place a 10/5 I would. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I visited this establishment with my family this past weekend from an out of town visit. I love eating at local establishments and found this one in my search. It is truly a must visit.
The quality of food and portions are amazing. I enjoyed the onion rings app (must get) and I tried the salmon, crawfish etoufee, crab stuffed shrimp, and the clam chowder. Truly not a thing I didn’t like. Our waitress was the sweetest and made grey recommendations.
Their staff truly go above and beyond as well. I made the idiotic mistake of leaving an item behind in the restaurant and the team there even offered to mail it to me out of state. Here I am sitting in the comfort of my home in Dallas; still reminiscing about the amazing experience I have with this establishment.
TLDR; Great food, amazing hospitality; a must visit for my future trips here.

Wonderful food! Everything was perfectly cooked. Service was excellent. My only complaint was the kitchen being so loud, and we were seated right next to it. But I’m not taking a star away for that!

There were several tables open, they seated us right next to another couple… inches apart.
The server was good. The food was very good. He had fish & chips. I had blackened shrimp & fried fish. My only problem was the fries were so salty I could only eat a few. I’m not supposed to eat salt at all. Those 2 things were disappointing. Food was really good.

My friend and I got there right as they opened. We were first inside! Two other groups came in afterwards. Those people had their order taken first. They had their salads before we ever received our drinks. This was our first time there and we were not impressed. We both order a platter and when we finally received them my fries were cold and the rice was refrigerator cold!!!!! They did replace my fries and rice but how do you think it looked to us first timers???? Why was the rice refrigerator cold???? The food was good and the price was a good value but cold food???? Our waitress sucked! She took forever to bring to go containers and she has a smart mouth when we asked why our order wasn’t taken first since we were seated first. She said oh we just opened. Not acceptable! I probably will never go back. Bad experience for me.

Visited this establishment on November 24, 2025 for lunch with a friend. They were not busy, but it took an hour before we received our meals which were both wrong. The manger and server name Tiernay never apologized and made it seem as if we had done something wrong. When we finally got our food we immediately asked for to go containers because of how long it had taken and we had another engagement to attend. The food was good although I had to enjoy it at home much later. The service was awful!
Decided to go back to Fish Daddy on yesterday December 03, this time the service was okay, but the food was horrible, the food was overcooked and cold. My food was recooked which took about 35 minutes to fry catfish and shrimp. I got my food 15 minutes after closing time.

Friendly staff, great food! I’ve only ordered the cedar plank salmon so far, but it’s one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly. The pineapple salsa is delicious and the bourbon glaze puts this dish over the top! Our party ordered the trout and scampi and the chicken and shrimp pasta. All commented on how delicious everything was. Extremely affordable too. No wonder this place is always busy.
