Absolutely the WORST establishment in my personal opinion.
The staff here always has a turnaround which means they cannot keep staff and I can honestly understand why.
Customer service sucks big time here.
Unfortunately this is one of the only closest locations we have, but I am willing to travel out at this point.
If I’m spending my hard earned money I do expect top tier service and quality food.

I was in yesterday Carson store 9/13 for lunch for a sandwich, never been there before. Asked the cute server if she could make a philly cheesesteak for me. She said she could try to do her best, well she did!! Man That sandwich was tasty!! I got a giant one, ate half, was stuffed liked crazy. Had to bring the other half home, set it on the kitchen counter and left it there. Forgot about it and saw it this morning when I was making my coffee and I thought for sure it was no good, all soggy and stuff. But nope, opened it up it was a little soggy but I said what the hell, took a bite and OMG what a tasty bite that was first thing in the morning!!! Needless to say I will be going back for another tasty philly cheesesteak from her next weekend. I should have gotten her name.

I went there two weeks ago to order a regular tuna sandwich and a regular roast beef sandwhich they say ran out of bread. how could this happen. i brought the sandwiches without bread but the cashier didn’t gave me a discount. I will take my bussiness elsewhere. thank Jersey Mikes’s subs for such a bad experience.

I always order from this restaurant but on the last three occasions they have made me wait after ordering my sandwiches for more than 20 minutes, I explain, when I go to the store and ask for my order of the five people who are there, no one can give me an answer and they had me waiting, this was the third time because I wanted to give it another chance but today was the last thing I endured with these people and with this store. no more. I recommend that you all place your order an hour before and it will be ready when you go to pick it up and be very patient because they are slower than a turtle. Very bad service and classists that they are.

Second edit 6/123- This location is now amazing. I have been ordering delivery a bit lately, and not only does it come quickly, but everything has been done perfectly. I’m glad that it’s much better again!
Edit 8/10/21- I’ve upped my review. Lately when going I’ve had much better service and my order has continually been correct. Every time I go and Charles (his name according to my receipt) is there, I’ve never had a problem. I don’t know what changes while he is on shift but it works for me!
I love Jersey Mike’s but this store is not on par with other locations. When I do mobile orders they are almost always incorrect. When I go inside and order the staff always has multiple mistakes. I went in today and they tried to add things to my friends sandwich she didn’t want and forgot stuff on mine. They put both orders together, not a big deal but we didn’t want them on one order. The problem is that this store is LOUD. The workers have a hard time hearing and we can’t hear them well either. It’s like this every time we go in. The music is what is the problem because it wasn’t even busy.

Ordered a steak and cheese with Double Tomato and Provolone Cheese. The order was written down correctly. When I got home there was NO DOUBLE TOMATOES and American Cheese. The kid who made the sandwich didn’t pay attention to the instructions.

First Impression: Clean environment, hygienic and friendly service. I was greeted right away as I walked in.
Food: Made fresh. The Chipotle Cheese Steak was very good. The bread tasted fresh, soft with a very generous meat to bread ratio.
Everyone was wearing mask and handled the food items safely. Overall a positive experience and will definitely be back again.

I was there during the lunch rush today. Ordered the California Club to go, but I was given a Turkey club with half the meat shavings instead. It was still good… but I miss the avocado n bacon I paid for. Too many youngsters and no adults properly training/supervising.
