Hands down the best Chinese food around. My Dad lives a town over and asks me to get him food from Chin’s. We’re both picky with a lot of food, and everything here hit just right. They’ve converted me to a chicken wing lover lol. Also the lunch/dinner plates are a really good deal.

Very good! Ordered take out from here a few times so far and everything has been great. The food is really good, the fried food is light in color and their chicken wings are the best!!

LAUGHABLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I was shocked to open my shrimp chow mein to find absolutely no noodles, cabbage that looked to be chopped with a wood chipper, maybe 5 shrimp the size of my thumb and thick layer of water. I called confused, and they told me chow mein in a vegetable dish and this is how it is supposed to be. Never in my life have I seen a chow mein like this! It was inedible, I would be appalled if they used more that salt and water while making this. The shrimp was over cooked and poorly cleaned, THE VEIN STILL IN MULTIPLE PIECES (that is shrimp poop, btw) The worst part, they charged extra for this! My egg roll was only cabbage and white rice over cooked.
I ended up making some expired noodles I had in my pantry, as it was preferable over this garbage
I had been here before and thought I found somewhere decent, but anywhere that thinks it’s okay to charge MONEY for this don’t deserve patronage

Good service, mediocre cuisine. The Chicken Wings were awful, the Boneless Ribs were weak, the Egg Rolls and Pork Fried Rice were OK, and the Crab Rangoons were good.

We’ve ordered from this restaurant twice before, and both times it was hands-down the best Chinese food we’d ever had. Every dish was bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients, and that “we can’t wait to order again” feeling.

Unfortunately, tonight was a completely different story. The food was bland, lacked any real flavor, and even tasted like it might have been sitting around since yesterday. It was disappointing, especially because we know how good this place can be.

We’re not sure what changed — different chef, off night, or something else — but we truly hope they get back to the quality that made us love them in the first place.

Did take out from here this past week. Typical Chinese takeout feel when you walk in. Wonton soup was piping hot and very good. Tasty broth and large noodles with a few strips of pork mixed in. The combo platter with chicken fingers, pork ribs, fried rice and egg roll was good, but slightly greasy. Chicken fingers had thick coating, which held grease in it, but it still had a nice crisp and the chicken inside was tender and filled a good part of the finger. Pork ribs had an average amount of fat, though some were still slightly dry and also a little greasy. Fried rice was standard, tasted the same as many other places. The egg roll was decent and not very greasy. I would go back again and try some other items.

Ordered a take out dinner night for chin’s kitchen – located in ludlow Massachusetts. The food was out of the kitchen very fast, was tasty, fresh, and way better than mandarin in Wilbraham I thought I should add.

Food was good, service was very slow for a Chinese restaurant. Took almost 1/2 hour to get our food. This is catered toward take out there are only a few small tables.
