I walked in and they were talking about inappropriate things, which I could get over if the food was edible. I received my pizza and when I opened it at home it was pretty soggy and inedible. I had to bake the pizza, and the bread sticks before eating them. Not happy. Food was terrible. Staff seemed confused at basic questions. Not a good experience at all.

I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza. It is advertised as an 8 corner pizza. I received a 3 corner pizza. The entire outside perimeter of my pizza was dough- no crust. I took it back to the store for a refund and the manager argued with me telling me there was nothing wrong with it and hes been working here for 30 years and he straight up got loud with me. I was pretty heated and said I had been coming here for 30 years and I have NEVER been handed something like this. He made all kinds of hand gestures insulting me like I was to blame and that I was crazy for expecting what was advertised and what I was used to getting. My entire family has frequented this exact establishment since I was a toddler and I cant see us ever coming back after such a horrifying experience.

I got a coupon from a fund raiser for my grandson. Once I figured out how to use the code in the email I was sent. I was able to order lunch for my family. When it came time to pick up my order, little Caesars sent me an email telling me my order was ready. I went and picked it up and the guy behind the counter was very nice and had my order ready as soon as I told him my name. My four year old daughter loves little Caesars and won’t eat any other pizza.

Nasty nasty attitudes from the workers. Tonight I had a pizza portal order. The code given to me didn’t work, so I asked the cashier for help. She grabbed a random pizza (not my order) and slammed it on the counter. I was taken a back because I hadn’t spoken harshly or done anything besides ask for help. She then proceeded to argue with me about my order despite me showing her my online receipt line by line. Even then she argued about the order. Treated me so horribly another customer came to my defense. I’m appalled. Won’t be back.
