The food is really good, in my honest opinion. I can cook all this stuff at home, my way, and I still think they did an amazing job. I got the Rockstar special (fried rice, grilled veggies, shrimp, steak, and lobster). I also got the yakisoba noodles on the side. Everything was delicious. Like restaurant level good. They close at 1AM and the owners are very friendly.

This food truck is parked in the parking lot of the Sunoco gas station on U.S. 1 and I believe Sheridan Street. The menu includes teriyaki salmon, shrimp, steak, as well as fried rice that includes chicken, shrimp and steak. The prices are very reasonable. I would have liked a little more veggies on my plate,but the portions of rice and protein were pretty good. I loved the texture of the rice, veggies still had a bit of a crunch to them. Everything was definitely flavorful and well balanced. I will give them a try again.

Now I’m back and gave 1 star I originally gave 2 but after the reply from ownership claiming I lied when I asked the man is this all the food I’m going to get for $23? And he said yes 6 pieces of shrimp and 4oz of steak. That’s what they give you don’t let these people fool you I give HONEST reviews! Only if businesses would fix the mistakes rather than acting like I did something—— mind you after he told me that’s all I get for $23 I actually ordered EXTRA steak because it’s not about the MONEY I’m 6’3 and I eat a lot ♂️ anyways…. I will not be back but I might do the at home service for a holiday party or something.

Really impressed with Rockstar Hibachi. Ordered the teriyaki chicken and chicken potstickers, both were excellent. Chicken was flavorful and cooked right, potstickers were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The rice was on point and the vegetables were clearly fresh, not the frozen stuff you get at some places.
Their sauces deserve a shoutout. The spicy yum yum has a nice kick without going overboard. I was putting it on everything by the end.
Service was friendly and easy. Happy I found this place.

Stayed nearby and came to order twice. My family all love their fried rice, very tasty. The guys take time to cook like at a fancy restaurant.
