Clean and well kept. Some staff arn’t friendly but also not rude. One gentleman is very great. He greats his regular customers and even remembered my order even though I don’t come often. Very nice service from him.

Not sure of his name, but thank you to the gentleman who brought my order out to my car without me asking today (2-4-25, around noon). I’d been having a rough day and it was a nice gesture that brightened things up. I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on.

Sub was not wrapped correctly. Cheese was stuck to wrapper when I went to open. Girl adding veggies had strands of hair hanging over the food. Not a fan of burnt meatballs so maybe stirring them occasionally to avoid burning isn’t a bad idea.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. There was an older lady working, gray hair, ponytail. She started talking about politics with my fiancé right next to me, She then proceeded to say how she had a few transgenders in this subway yesterday, and berated them for their speech and looks, & simply ordering. Now why did she felt the need to tell this to a customer? Especially us? This is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Me and my fiance are straight, but we both agree she should be fired for how nasty she was acting that day. This place is EXTREMELY UNEXCLUSIVE. they don’t want certain people eating there, so in turn I will not be eating there any longer.

Fantastic! We are from our of town. So we googled the closest Subway and here we are. We had a big list of sandwiches, it was done real fast with a smile. They work like machines. I highly recommend this place.

The Subway on Columbia has the most genuine, friendly, and kind workers. Even though this subway isn’t the closest one to me it is always worth the extra drive when I get to experience amazing service. I never walk out of that store without a smile on my face. These workers are really something special and genuinely care about the service they provide.

Subway gets more and more of waste of time and money. After spending over $17 for a now smaller footlong sandwich meal. I asked, very politely, if they give a veteran discount (the one in my home state does so I thought I would just check). I got a very disgusted no in return. Then I tried to hand her my credit card and she snapped “we don’t handle those here”, then inserted the card reader (which was on a pole of some sort) and said “it’s going to ask you a question”. I responded that I couldn’t see the screen as it was pointing to the sky. Then I moved it so I could read it and it was asking me for a tip, in the the drive through. I paid for my meal and after about 5 minutes got my food and drink. Not wanting to waste too much time by blocking the lane for the person behind me I just asked her if the straw was in the bag. She then quickly went to the side and rapidly stuck out a straw for me to grab, stating she didn’t know if there was one. I took it, left, used the straw (paper, I thought just California was doing that stuff), and checked the bag to see if there was a straw…there was not. This is the second Subway location I tried in Grand Forks, the other one had a hole punched in the seal for my drink. Kinda wondering if they have the same owner.

Prompt service, the Italian bread looked over cooked but tasted ok. Tried to use Samsung Pay twice before giving up. The app showed the transaction completed but their system didn’t show it processed , will have to wait and see if I am charged 3 times.

Got the completely wrong sandwich at the drive thru. When I called back to inqure if I had gotten the wrong sandwich, I was rudely told that is what I had ordered and unless I was willing to backtrack 20 miles and return the sandwich, there was “nothing she could do.” Done with that Subway.
