i rarely went to this subways anyways,

a few years ago i went to get a sub and found the store closed 30 minutes before the time online. there was nothing posted anywhere on the door about why or hours of operation change.

another time, after getting the toppings and sauces on my sub i stated “that’s it” as in “nothing more”, the girl making my sub grabbed some orange-brown looking sauce and began pouring it on my sub, i instinctively say “no, stop! what are you doing?” she said “what?” i said “i didn’t tell you to add that” and she went “you didn’t tell me you didn’t want it” i said “what??” she shook her head and said “what do you want me to do?” and i was so shocked how that was even a real interaction, no apology or anything, i just told her to charge me. if i asked her to make me another she would probably have done it again just wasting time.

You call this a sub? Was terribly made. Barely had any meat and on top of that the app was not working to be able to get the BOGO deal. What a waste of money could have made my own sandwich for that price.

Today will make my last time, stopping at this location. I’m not sure if the owners know this location never has everything you need every time I stop by here. There’s always handwritten notes on the door of what they don’t have every single time I go here, so I always end up going to the other location Since this store is always out of either bread, lettuce, no tomatoes there’s no steak there’s no chicken ect., It’s always something. I’m sure this store can’t be making any money. I see why the parking lot is always empty at this location.The store owners need to do something about not having the adequate supplies to run this location.

Women’s bathroom out of service, toaster out of service, lettuce brown. The “sandwich artist” was friendly and I was able to get spinach in place of the wilted brown lettuce so we still decided to eat lunch here. It was a little odd that the lights seemed dimmed down, not sure why.

Small subway that almost always just has 1 person working. They often are not carrying items like peppers due to recall or some other reason. It had taken me quite a long time to get in and out before so plan accordingly. They make online orders and will get backed up since there is only 1 person working.
Subway used to be affordable but now it’s a buy only if you have a coupon kind of place for us.

While the sub is good…I paid an extra $2.00 for bacon…got no bacon. Requested the Italian herb and cheese bread…got plain white. Tried to call after I got home and opened my sub to find the mistakes (says add bacon and bread change right on receipt) and it goes right to a voice-mail that isn’t set up. I will be going to one of the other 2 sub shops in town and actually get what I paid for.

Went to get a pickup mobile order. Upon arriving was notified they were out of stock on the bread we chose and that they also didn’t have any cookies. Okay, fine. Choose another bread, and chips instead of a cookie. Cool. Got drinks, filled up at the fountain. The sprite bubbled out of the cup all over my hands and it wasn’t even close to being full, again okay cool. Go to the bathroom to wash my hands turn the water on the water sprays all over. Okay, cool… get home realize I left my straw in the car so I open the cup to drink from the cup and it’s a bunch of black stuff that came from the fountain in the drink, didn’t notice it when I was filling the cup because the bubbles started overflowing the cup. Not the best experience . General upkeep seems to be downhill. Fountains are not cleaned every closing shift and mold has built up inside. If you will not clean the fountains I can only imagine what else isn’t getting cleaned that we aren’t seeing.

Please update your hours of operation if you close at 8:30pm post that, please. We ❤️ subway but I hate to drive and then to find your closed 30 minutes before the closing time of 9 pm. DOORS LOCKED AT 8;30PM FIX YOUR HOURS AND I’LL FIX YOUR REVIEW.
