Used to be very good food and service, but today, and the last couple times actually, I ordered a pizza and half baked bread sticks, my usual, pizza was burnt to a crisp, hardly any sauce, and cold after driving 5 mins home. Half baked bread sticks were literally burnt black and chewy as leather. Yall need new staff. Cuz this crew clearly dont care. They just wanna hang and be loud as hell in the kitchen saying very rude things loud enough for the whole store to hear. Do not recommend this place, at least right now.

I was told this Pizza King was awesome slightly burnt but enjoyable and I made an order a week ago and the food was great. What wasn’t great was the mouth full of attitude one of the workers gave me. It wasn’t a busy time but he acted like it was causing him great rush hour distress and acted like he better things to do. Then tonight as I write this, I ordered once again, perhaps I was harsh the first time around but… nope, pizza was very tasty, the breadsticks were okay but they threw the cheese cup in there without securing the lid and sat on it. So if this is how they’re treating first time customers (and second time ordering), no thanks. I don’t need negative attitudes or food thrown in a bag with sauce spilt out in it.

A Hagerstown classic pizza spot! Every time my wife and I travel to Hagerstown to see family we make sure to get some pizza from Pizza King! The royal feast is always consistently delicious and the staff is friendly.

This Pizza King is an absolute 10/10 compared to some of the other locations I’ve been to. The Royal Feast pizza is delish. I love that all the ingredients are finely chopped because I’m normally not a mushroom fan, but I don’t even notice it. Don’t even get me started on their RANCH dressing top tier ranch that I could just drink straight. IYKYK. My husband had somehow gone his entire life without trying ranch up until our visit here yesterday and boyyyy did the bar get set high for his expectations now. He has been won over so thank you Pizza King! Also, their half baked breadsticks are incredible.

It’s simple–you go to a Pizza King restaurant to get a certain type of pizza. I think the Hagerstown location does a good job at doing just that! The atmosphere is a very classic “pizza restaurant” style and the food is good every time. My father is a “pizza snob” and came here a couple weeks ago. He really enjoyed it! If you can make him happy, you’re doing it right!

Being in Hagerstown it’s a very limited option on food. I have been to this place on numerous occasions for lunch. Food is always great. The breadsticks are my favorite. I’ve had pizza, subs and salad, all were good. Keep it up guys, you’re doing a great job
