I went in for lunch. I have ordered online from here a couple of times prior. It is nice inside, seats around 50 inside. They also have outdoor seating. There is a counter when you walk in. You order from there. Ordered a small gluten-free pizza (cauliflower crust) and a drink. It’s one of the best tasting gf pizzas. Order took about 15 minutes. I did go right at lunchtime, so they were a little busy. The manager was very nice. She took my order and then brought my pizza out to me. It is in a strip mall but has its own building and parking lot. It is easy to get into and out of. They have dedicated handicapped spots and a ramp to access the building.

Terrible service! Placed our order at 5:20, pickup time was 5:45. Pulled around the drive thru at 5:50. Was told there was a mess up on your pizza, and to pull back around. Then was proceeded to be told to pull around 3 more times. Finally received our pizza at 6:15, then had to pull back around for the 5th time because they didn’t give us all our food. Not once did they apologize, they were actually very rude about the situation and we didn’t complain once.

We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza for pickup at the pickup window. What we got was a cheese pizza with 5 or 6 pepperoni on it and it was over baked. Not a pizza I expect from Donatos. I’d put this up to just a bad night but this isn’t the first bad pizza I’ve gotten from the Donatos Pataskula over the years. And to pay $20.00. Very disappointing.

I am a regular customer at the pataskala donatos, and i’m a huge fan of the customer service and friendly experience that I have every time. There has not been one time I have showed up and had a problem with an employee.The one time I had a pizza that was not made exactly right.I called in and they fixed it.Immediately beyond satisfaction. This is a great staff and as far as pizza places.Go I am very impressed with the level of quality they meet in there food and fast friendly service

Our family just had an amazing experience with our local Donatos in Pataskala. While food order has been on point and deliveries on time – this experience really went above and beyond. With long work days and endless things to deal with …we ordered delivery and elected to pay cash. Paid for our order and tip, didn’t think anything of it. While we were enjoying our sub and salad we get a phone call from the store. Turns out that an extra $50 bill ended up hiding in the pile of cash given to our driver. They called to let us know and the driver brought it back – we did throw in additional tip. I can’t express my gratitude enough and am beyond impressed with the level of honesty we just experienced. I would recommend this location over and over! Thank you

I would normally give the Donatos in Pataskala 4 stars because of the quality of the food. However, when I visited on Sunday, August 3, 2025, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I ordered a sub sandwich in person. The manager, Chris, took my order. He told me it would take 20 minutes for the order. So I sat down and waited. The restaurant was not busy. Only one couple was seated. After 20 minutes, I stood up and waited 10 more minutes. I tried to get the manager’s attention. He was busy talking. After a few me minutes, one of the workers asked if they could help me. I asked if my sandwich was ready. It was. It had been sitting on the counter for over 10 to 15 minutes. I asked the manager to refund my money, and that I expected better service. He never apologized. He said they were busy. Thus was not true. I hate incompetence. I told him to keep the food and left with my refund. I doubt I ever go back.

Everytime we have used the Pataskala location, the food has been excellent! Today was two orders of cheesey bread, cauliflower crust pizza, a large pepperoni, mushroom, onion and my own jalapenos.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location at all. The drive through peeps were particularly friendly today. We will be back!
