I generally don’t like writing negative reviews but this expirence has not been the greatest. First is the issue with the menu, it says “Free Refills” for the mango lemonade, but when the waitress brought out another one I was informed it would be extra cost. Secondly my partners steak was not well done as she had requested, there was still quite a bit of pink. Lastly and this one I can’t be too upset about cause it happens from time to time but there was an egg shell in my eggs. The waitress was very nice and polite and I am thankful there was atleast something I could enjoy here.

Ihop food was great. The issue was our waitress Rose C. She attempted to steal tips and adjust the tip I left her of $3. Her service was awful from the moment we were seated she had a annoyed face almost impatient as if WE were an inconvenience to her. She never checked in with us saw her a total of 3 times to the point where my child was repeating she was thirsty and wanted a refill. I had to shout to get her attention so when it was time for the check I requested the military discount that lowered my bill from $45 to $41 i included a $3 tip just for atleast taking and carrying my order. A few minutes later I receive an alert in my phone that I have an additional charge of $7. Rose C. Attempted to steal money from myself and Ihop by committing fraud. I wanted to call the police but was talked out of it by my wife.

Our server, Jaime, was extraordinary! He made us feel welcome. He was attentive and quick with his service. Our morning was made with his friendly manners and pleasant conversation. Food was out in less than ten minutes, fresh and delicious.

Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She checked in on us at the perfect times without being intrusive and made us feel truly welcomed.
It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine and professional, and she definitely made our visit enjoyable. I appreciate her hard work and positive attitude IHOP is lucky to have her!

Excellent sever. Made sure we had everything we needed plenty of coffee and creamer, sugar too. I liked my country fried steak and gravy with hash browns two eggs pancakes and sausage my daughter had the cream cheese pancakes her boyfriend had pancakes with everything on it. Not sure which ones they were but it looked very delicious
