We stopped in on a late night / early morning for a quick bite to eat by going through the drive thru. Though our order was quickly taken, it took us much time to reach the window in maybe just as long to get our food. The young lady who took our order was nice and personable. She had a pleasant demeanor about her. After driving away, with threw away the drinks in one of the dumpsters in the parking lot. The Coke tasted off, almost like a Diet Coke yet not Diet coke. The same with the nuggets and cheeseburgers that we received. It was just something off from what we would normally get out of McDonald’s. On a positive side, the french fries were fresh and good.

The food was cooked with old greeze. Its right before the strip in a crowded area. Person on the drive through was not nice, window person did not listen that i asked for ketchup insisted it was in the bag. It wasn’t. I’ve never thought food away but we ate bites because we’re were starving then threw the rest out. A waste of money. Cold fries tasted like they sat in grease. Nuggets were over fried. Fish sandwich was super greasy. I definitely will not be back

Don’t order soft serve ice cream. It’s only 1.99 but it’s terrible
The upside is it’s just across the road from masala Bay. Very close. There’s a bakery and a Panda Express next to it.
The sugarless ice tea is good, very refreshing.
Chicken nuggets 20 piece are good. Only 7.50. Tasty too.
Of course I’ll return.

ordered an ice cream on self serve kiosk. i nicely asked for a spoon when the server handed it to me. he rolled his eyes, and held on to my receipt (out of annoyance?) when i tried to take it, then waddled away. at first i tried to be empathetic and quietly waited at the counter for him to get a spoon. i waited for 3 minutes until i saw him then he came back to serve the next customer. the mcdonald’s wasn’t even busy, it was 2pm so i’m confused why he couldn’t give me my spoon and had to have attitude. maybe his lazy eyes didn’t see me waiting, maybe his back rolls blocked his vision, but i’m sure he heard me. i just got a straw instead. just put the fries in the bag big bro

I came in on 2/27/26 at 11:30 PM, and the attitude from the employee handing out food was absolutely terrible. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was unreal. If you’re in a customer-facing role, the bare minimum requirement is basic courtesy — and that was clearly missing.
People come to Las Vegas to enjoy themselves, spend money, and have a good time. Paying $20 for two hamburgers is already steep, but to get served with a side of attitude on top of that? Completely unacceptable. When customers are spending their hard-earned money, the least they deserve is simple politeness.
If someone can’t handle working with the public without showing open frustration or hostility, they shouldn’t be in a customer service position. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the entire business. Do better.

These employees at this McDonald’s are so freaking ridiculously rude and lazy they don’t have a line at the drive through but still manage to ignore all their customers upon walk in. The lines inside be backed up because they just simply ignore ppl and they make people wait 30 minutes to get their food. A sit down restaurant is faster than them. Then they have an attitude once they have to take care of your order. Corporate needs to come undercover and check this out and fire all the employees that does this mid day shift and night shift. It’s about 2 good employees the rest needs be reviewed. Especially the ones that work later in the night they are horrible.

I have gone to this McDonalds in the morning but lately, lets just say in the beginning of the year service has been down the hill. Every time I order something they give me something different from coffee to the delicious biscuits, and lets just not go into the service, it seams they all are having a bad day, everyday. I will stop going there I will need to drive somewhere else to get my breakfast I just wont deal with their bad service, once and a while of course we are all human but it seems that they are dealing with something in side house. If you want to be treated like crap, this is the place for you duringtheday. . They have ZERO accountability for any mistakes they make. It’s beyond ridiculous and unprofessional at this point. I went there for lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes for my order. No problem with that. But they didn’t make my burger correctly. When I went back to have it fixed, the young man at the front was very mean/unprofessional about the whole situation. He was mad at me for complaining. When I wanted a receipt for the survey, he told me that you don’t get a receipt when using the app. Simply NOT TRUE. At EVERY location, I always got a receipt automatically. And when you do get a receipt it’s pointless because you cant read it Their printer has been printing bad receipts for months now. Learn and live, I’ll NEVER go there again.
Very bad people run this location during the day. At night, it’s a totally different place. You get respect as soon as you walk in the door.
