The girl cashier who works around this time (1–2 pm) is rude. After greeting her, she did not respond, which is rude since nothing exceeded any boundaries. Not responding to a basic “hello” or “how’s it going” is ridiculous, especially because in most service places like restaurants or shops, staff are usually the ones who initiate the greeting. However, that’s up to her.
I then ordered a plastic bag worth 10 cents, and she held it in her hand until the payment transaction was processed, as if I was going to take it and run, lol. She then pretended she was still holding it because she was “folding” it, even though I was ordering takeaway and clearly didn’t need it folded. She didn’t hand it over until I told her the payment was approved, and she wasn’t even looking at the screen.
This was for a $23 meal, which is not cheap, so basic common sense would suggest that the customer is going to pay, not run away. The whole situation was unnecessary.
I was sitting next to the shop while eating and noticed that at some point customers were standing at the cashier with no one there and they ended up leaving! She was inside eating and standing by the window, which is understandable, but no one was covering the counter. The break also felt a bit exaggerated, and at one point she was singing and dancing loudly in the outer part of the kitchen. That’s fine as long as it doesn’t affect the business, which in this case it clearly did.
A restaurant is a service business. Even if you serve a heavenly delicacy, if the service is belittling, rude, or dismissive, I would not want to return. I hope the store takes this feedback into consideration.

This one has replaced Great Khan’s in the previously was in the same spot. However, this one opened, It seems Price has been raised by $1 to $18.99 it’s not including tax now. There’s also more limited meat selection as well as the removal of seafood. There is also less choices in terms of vegetables too. The good part that I think that they changed well is that the sauces are now behind the counter as well as the noodles (which is now limited to one type of noodle) since I remember there was a lot of people either getting a lot of sauce and getting a lot of noodles and it became potentially a health hazard (from a health inspector perspective…). But the way they cook it and the way they prepare it on the hot stone it’s still great and they managed to still close the lid! This place can still get busy on weekends so do be patient. Overall, its pretty nice to have a Mongolian beef restaurant back in the Great Mall!

Too pricey, but most important is the portions. They now will fill out your own bowl with the noodles and no longer have the teriyaki sauce/barbecue sauce that they used to put in it. It might look nice, but it doesn’t taste the same and our portion are too small

100% enjoyed my low-carb protein bowl, flavorful, not oily, tasted healthy. I had vegan version of the low-carb protein bowl with tofu instead of meat, I’d suggest this place!

The food is good. They give you a bowl and you add veggies and meat into it. Then you give the bowl to them and the add sauces and noodles and cook it together in a big pan in front of you.
They used to have more veggies and different type of noodles before. But now they only have one type of noodles. Plus the price got expensive.
Plus if you get veggie only, they can clean the pan before they cook the veggie one, but you have to tell them. The veggie only has option of tofu I think.
Over all, quantity is much, good is 8/10.

Not bad. It’s a bit pricey compared to other stores and restaurants nearby. But they cook it fresh and hot, and at the same time, you get to choose the meats and vegetables you want them to cook. Bag is ten cents as well.

Placed a pick up order from uber eats. The estimated time was shown as 8:25 on the uber app. But when we reached at 8:15 the restaurant was closed. I tried calling them but no one answered the phone. I was in Sunnyvale and drove almost 20 mins to get here. You guys should have the courtesy to at-least reject the order on the app if it’s outside your working hours. I and my wife were so hungry but despite the 3.3 rating we decided to give it a try. Highly disappointing.

Food was excellent- you can choose between different meat and veggies, also add sauces, and then chef adds noodles and cook them uner your sight! No heavy and one box can be shared for 2 adults, depending how hungry you are! Keep it going guys!

The bowls are small so you can’t add a lot of stuff. They give you the sauces and noodles. It’s more noodles than anything. Not a lot of options.
