At first I thought i got lucky with nobody being here little did i know… That this place was awful first my drink didn’t even come out of the machine than the waiter was mumbling so nobody could hear him afterwards got my food which was pretty decent. All I have to say that the service sucked. I felt i wasn’t supposed to be their as the server wasn’t very welcoming. The dining room was freezing no tvs were on or nothing.

I’m gonna start from the beginning. I go inside Wingstop, soon as I walk in the manager handed my food to me. I’m thinking ok perfect timing, I order two orders of the same thing with a special request for all drums too. My garlic Parmesan 10 piece didn’t have no garlic Parmesan on it at all plus they didn’t get my special request together either. I paid extra money for that, addition to that he gave me cold fries. This manager could’ve at least look at my order before handing out to me, real unprofessional

They did not make my pizzas correctly. Easy cheese extra sauce. Simple right?! No other toppings, etc. All the sauce was at the edge and it looked as cheesy as a regular one. I asked nicely if they could make them again, properly. They refused!! Said they WERE made exactly as ordered. I get the same pizzas for my husband at least once a week. It seems the only one there who can make them right is a cook named Jesse. So anyway, after having argued (with the manager) for several minutes I demanded my money back. What a waste of time and gas money. 40 min round trip for nothing but a headache and a mad husband!

This will probably be the last time I order from pizza hut in Wentzville. I ordered ahead for a specific time, but it took them almost 30 minutes to get here from the time the notification was sent that it was out for delivery. When the driver showed up, the boxes were jammed in the bag. Bent. The pizza in 2 boxes looked like they were tossed around. Very, very short on toppings. Some slices had almost no toppings at all. Even the Detroit style double pepperoni had little toppings. Just sad. $68 including tip! Probably not again.

Also, the drive through is supposed to be for pick up only. I shouldn’t have to wait behind someone for 10 min when my pizza was ready. I go to the drive through for the convenience, aggravating to have to pull out of line to go in. Make customers move, enforce your own rules on the window.

The order was hot, on time, and the service was great. I ordered two pizzas. On one I asked for extra cheese and there is no way I received it unless Pizza Hut has cut back on portion size. That was my only complaint.

However, $12 for 10 bread sticks when you always have a deal for $6 for 10 makes no sense.
Their soda fountain wasn’t working so we had to get a 2-liter to share. Ended up being cheaper than fountain drinks, but then at that point there isn’t any point in a server.
They also got rid of the buffet, so probably won’t be eating there more than once or twice a year.
Good if you eat in, but otherwise go elsewhere.
