I recently dined at Restaurant on 20 Dec 2025 and found the food to be average, which is not what I expected from a Michelin-rated restaurant.
After our meal, I requested the staff to call the hotel concierge to arrange for our pickup. I had already provided the hotel’s contact number. However, instead of contacting the concierge, they called a general line of the hotel. When I inquired about this, they informed me that the hotel does not provide this service, which felt more like an excuse than an actual attempt to assist us.
Additionally, the following day, I realized I had left my gloves behind at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff did not reach out to inform me, and I received no follow-up call, which was disappointing.
Overall, while the food was average, the service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve in this area.

Restaurant de haute qualité du début à la fin avec un acceuil très agréable et une ambiance apaisante d’exception.
Les plats sont toujours bien travaillé et d’une finesse d’exception. Les serveurs venant des 4 coins du monde sont très sympathiques et enregissent l’expérience culinaire. Seul petit hic : ils ne savent pas servir le vin (les plusieurs fois que je suis allé ils ont servi à côté, mais c’est normal quand on apprend).
Je conseil vivement de vivre l’expérience au moins une fois dans sa vie, vous ne serez point déçu.
