Couples’ Lunch took us to La Calle Doce in Lancaster.
We had never been to downtown Lancaster so it was fun seeing all the historic buildings. Nestled in the heart of downtown was La Calle Doce.
The staff was very friendly. The restaurant’s ambience was light and airy. The space between tables provided enough room for the servers to walk freely.
All in all, we were happy with all our meal choices. Hubby especially likes the tortilla soup.

I typically do not like seafood restaurants because of this particular smell they have. When I walked into this restaurant I forgot I had come into a seafood place. It was very clean.
They have alot of different options here and a beautiful back patio.
The waitress were all nice and I know my big party may have been stressful to deal with but the dealt with us delightfully never loosing thier smile. From the chips down to the main dish, everything tasted spectacular. The salsa is heavenly.
Everyone at my table ordered something different and everyone loved what they ordered. I’m not even a fish person but I loved my tilapia.
The drinks were top notch. I tried the alcoholic horchata not knowing what to expect and it tasted like paradise.
If I’m in the area again this is a place I will definitely come back to

Stopped by La Calle Dolce in Lancaster with a friend yesterday for happy hour. The patio was comfortable, and the inside was well lit, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless.
The margs were sooo good, specifically the skinny marg, and perfectly priced. We ended up ordering the chicken nachos and they were legit, big portion and actually full of flavor, not just a pile of chips and cheese.
The service was incredible too, attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome the whole time. Overall, we had a great time from start to finish, and I’m already looking forward to going back!

Super cute restaurant with great service. This location definitely has better service than the one in Oak Cliff. Quality of the food is pretty consistent across locations. I usually get their seafood plates. Shrimp ceviche is a good choice here. They also typically give a small cup of fish soup, but I usually skip it. Overall great place to eat.

We have visited the other two “La Calle Doce” locations and we were genuinely excited to see one that is closer to us. I always enjoy their fried fish and my husband has the tacos or fajitas. This location is very clean, vibrant, and welcoming. The location adds to the warm atmosphere of being in a quaint downtown Mexican restaurant. Our service was excellent. Some of the diners next to us were quite loud and this took away from the dining experience.

Overall, it was a great experience. The service was a bit slow, but the food was amazing! I had the best Arnold Palmer I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back on a non-holiday to give the service another chance.

The food was great. We tried the Mexican pizza and it was full of meat and veggies. We added fresh jalapenos. The crust was thin and crispy. It was so good that we ordered it again two weeks later. The wait staff was friendly, and efficient. Try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

Hidden gem tucked into Lancaster’s historic square. The service is top tier. First visited on the Saturday before Mother’s Day for a brunch. Returned on Monday for dinner with friends. The enchiladas are amazing. Hearty chucks of well seasoned chicken served with guacamole and sour cream. Their iced tea reminds me of Sun brewed tea. Their fish soup is serious business. The cod is delicious with fresh cilantro. Just the right combination of fish and potato. The seafood Pablo relleno was amazing. Flavorful and indulgent. Staff members were courteous, attentive and friendly. Very nice atmosphere. I’m proud they chose Lancaster and Lancaster is obviously has chosen them. A nice crowd both visit. Definitely recommend.
