How is this place still in business?!?!?
I rarely will rate places, but I am taking the time to do this as I paid waaaay too much money for literal trash. Actually, I think trash would have been better. Bread was stale. Fries were half frozen. The burger was premade and tasted like the frozen pucks you get at Costco. No flavor. The toppings looked as though they held the spoon over it and made a wish. Did I mention the burger was about half the size of the bun?
I had never heard about this place, and in my hangry state of burger needs, I thought this would satisfy me. Should have looked at google, not Uber stock images.

The images used on UberEats are misleading. I believe they have good “burger combinations” but their patties & the bread & presentation are terrible.
I feel bad writing this because this is someone’s business. I think they would do much better if they made the burger meat plumper and smaller (like the images they present online) with some flavor & love, along with actually using broche bread instead of the cheap burger buns. The rest of the ingredients follow through.
Also I asked for the impossible burger and got a meat patty anyway. Thank goodness I’m not vegetarian.

Should have checked the Google reviews because this place was garbage. The fries were ice cold and had cold cheese on top. The burger was missing the cheese and aoili. There is single piece of slime, raw onion under the bun on an over cooked patty. The bun was stale. I took a few bites and had to spit it out because it was so dry I could not even swallow. Avoid this place. This would be a great contender for Detroit’s Worst Food.

Ok so I was very scared after I had already ordered from doordash then came to read the reviews it looks like the only thing the fixed was their bun (harlem location) plus no lettuce no Tomatoes HOWWWWW??? my thing is how you à burger spot and can’t finesse à burger smh it was ok I guess they trying to get it together but it was à late night craving so it was doable (try at your own risk)

I had to take a page out the good book of Karen and for the first time of my life write a review. This Place is a ghost kitchen. Literally a deli posing as a burger restaurant on GrubHub with amazing Stock photos of amazing burgers. My partner ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and I ordered a spicy guacamole burger with Jalapeños with a impossible Patty since I’m vegetarian and I got a REAL BEEF PATTY. AND FOR THE CHEESE FRIES? CAN WE SAY KRAFT CHEESE SINGLES? AWFUL!

Ok should have looked at google first. If i could do 0 star i would. You literally would be better off getting burger king. The meat patty as advertised is large but it really mcdonalds or burger king thick. I had the bacon cheese burger and it was pathetic. The bacon had straight 90* angles on it. Top 3 worst burger of my life.

I think this is the only burger I’ve never been able to finish and I’ll eat just about anything. I only ate half the onion rings and a third of the burger before I started getting sick (I hate to waste food, so I tried). Horrible, tasteless, burnt, and even the onion rings tasted burnt and were soaked in grease.

Unfortunately, the quality is not at all what they show in the picture. The meat is so thin , barely has meat. Not what is shown. Way to much sauce that made everything mushy. I will not order again unless they can improve their quality. Or at least show pictures of what you really serve,

Cant even exagerate how good this burger is, this is my #1 ranked burger spot ever and i love burgers! They have yet to mess up my order once so far and im going on about 30 orders now…. keep it up ranch burger co. Dont listen to these other reviews i dont even make reviews and i made one for this place…. THATS how much i like these burgers
