A good quick fix for birria! Located on Hacienda in front of Aldi’s, we’ve been meaning to try this place for a while now. Since I’ve been craving birria, we finally decided to give this place a go. We ordered a few things, and the quesataco was our favorite while the quesadilla came in at a close second. The quesataco was very tasty while the guac offered a refreshing contrast to the deep flavors of the meat. The quesadilla was very tasty, but a bit heavy. It was definitely a very generous portion. We also ordered the birria ramen, and while it was tasty, the bold flavors gave me flavor fatigue after a few bites. They filled the cup up with a lot of the succulent meat and the deep-flavored broth, so you’ll definitely feel full after that. It’s definitely something you could share. They also have a variety of drinks, including Mexican coke, which was an excellent beverage to accompany this meal. The cashier was also very friendly and gave great recommendations. Go and show your support for our local street vendors!
