I had a really disappointing experience today. The manager was extremely rude to the gentleman who was ahead of me in line, and it immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of the way she was speaking and acting toward the customers before me, I ended up turning around and leaving.

Her attitude came across as disrespectful, unprofessional, and very inconsiderate. She seemed irritated with everyone and was even making negative comments about Starbucks right in front of customers.

I just can’t support or buy from a place where the person in charge treats customers like that. It’s unfortunate, because I came in ready to make a purchase — but the attitude and behavior made it impossible

First time here, last time here. If you’re ordering food, go through the drive through. They make the food orders for the drive through first and not in the order they come in. I was the only person in the store and waited 10 minutes and for an egg sandwich and a coffee cake. Saw at least 8 food orders go out the drive through even though the line was never more than 3-5 cars deep. Another couple minutes and I would have asked for a refund, I had places to be.

I love Starbucks. I love both of the Starbucks on Kent island! But never have I ever received a drink not all the way full. Both of the drinks I ordered were not filled all the way. Thats Ok, just don’t charge me for a full one next time. It’s expensive and I’m not getting what I paid for.

This Starbucks is in a great location on Kent Island. I will usually choose anything but Starbucks, however all the other coffee shops close at 4pm. This shop has a large seating area and is quite comfortable.

Interesting interaction with the Female cashier at the drive through window. She said her name was Danny Roman. I came through around 2:50 I wanted a caramel iced latte with xtra caramel. When I got to the window she had a Hot coffee. I told her I ordered an Iced coffee. She told me that it was ordered as a hot coffee and that for the next time I need to read the screen to make sure it’s right. They didn’t ask me if I wanted it hot or iced. Assuming they heard me I didn’t double check to make sure they’re doing their job right and getting my coffee right. Secondly I have bad eye sight and didn’t have my glasses. Something “danny” would say is next time make sure you have your glasses on. This is not customer service. I know that and Starbucks knows that. “Danny” needs to know this. Number one thing in customer service. You do not tell the customer how to be a better customer. So I’m giving it one star. – I got out of line and went inside so I wouldn’t hold it up and the lady inside who I did not get her name, she definitely made up for the experience. So thank you to her.

I visited this Starbucks location after crossing the Bay Bridge, following my son’s surgery at the hospital. Upon entering the store, I couldn’t help but notice the lack of a warm greeting from the staff, despite there being few customers present. Perhaps due to the sensitive circumstances I was in, I felt that the customer service fell short compared to other Starbucks I frequent. The staff seemed less friendly and less attentive. I offer this feedback in the hope that the team can be more mindful of greeting customers promptly and acknowledging them, especially when there may be a brief delay in taking their order.
