5 stars just so I can stick my thumb in the eye of McDonald’s. Red Robin serves up a $10 meal that comes with a 2-patty burger, fries, and a drink. It’s a darn good burger for its price point, cheaper and better than what you’d get a a fast food burger joint. RR, Chilis, Applebees, and other sit-down restaurants are now where you should get your fast food burger meals.

Our dinner was winding down when our 13yr old realized that her retainers were on the salad bowl that was taken away a few minutes ago. I quickly caught the attention of the nearest server (a nice tall gentleman with dark hair-sorry) who sprang into action immediately to let the crew know in the kitchen. Our server, Christine, was great too, helping to make sure the search was on and attentive, patient& kind during & after the meal. Megan, the manager, made sure her servers continued to serve their customers while she and two others searched for the missing retainers. We are so pleased and relieved that both were found. Retainers are expensive and anyone who has had kids who have lost them, like my older child did once at the school playground, will appreciate the value of a dedicated restaurant staff that truly cares about their customers and are willing to serve them in other ways beyond delicious food. We came here to celebrate my son’s moving up the middle school! No wait time. First time here. Very family friendly. Nice atmosphere, friendly waitress. It’s awesome they have bottomless drinks and fries. They also offer happy hour drinks which was a plus for me. Everyone really enjoyed their food and the drinks and the atmosphere. Prices were decent with the ample amount of food.

Owen was a fantastic server and very genuine! You should ask for him whenever you go. Had a great conversation with him and I hope to see him again the next time I’m in! Pretzel bites are always delicious but I knocked a star off because they came out kind of hard. Burger was cooked as asked and was good. Computers were down which made the restaurant had people having to pay cash or wait for things to reboot.

Stopped here for dinner. The waitress was nice and attentive. Ordered an appetizer of sweet potatoe fries and plain burger. The food tastes decent however, the sweet potatoe fries came out cold and soggy but the waitress had a fresh batch made for us.

Went to this Red Robin location with my son and the experience was so-so. The Onion rings appetizer that we ordered were extremely greasy. Practically soaked with oil and onions inside still raw. Ordered a well done burger for my son, but it came out pretty much medium instead. My burger was barely warm like it was waiting to be served for 20 minutes. Given the choice, unfortunately I probably will not be visiting this location.

The kids menus were priced well for what we ordered. Kids meals come with quirky kids plates (see photos), and even more quirky split crayons. The mini corn dogs good, they managed to eat more than 50% of it – so win. ☝️
But what about the adult food? The Madlove burger is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They made a phenomenal burger.
The salads are large and filling.
If an mildly overwhelming menu is your thing, then you will appreciate this one. Everything looks worthy of trying.

Large restaurant with ample seating. Arrived around 5pm and seated immediately. Server was great and attentive. Food came out quickly and correctly. Sat in an overflow room so theming was not great. Had small problem with tabletop kiosk but server fixed it without problem.

Burgers seem to be smaller than the last time we ate here. Had the whiskey river bbq burger. Burger was not very flavorful. The burger was very thin and the flavor was overtaken by the taste of lettuce. Chicken wings were dry and slightly overcooked.
The salad and fries were good.
So, the burger and wings were better the second time around. Mozzarella sticks sucked though. They were overcooked and all the cheese came out of half of them.

Had the potential to be 5 starts but the service ruined it. Food was fantastic. Itb was very slow and empty and our food came out quick. Almost too quick. But it was perfect and tasted great. Problem was when we needed refills we couldn’t get our waitress. She spent some time behind the bar on her phone and then chatting with the bar tender. She disappeared after that. I finally had to get up to get her attention. When it came time to pay I asked for the bill qnd she brought it up on the kiosk and left without explaining how it worked. I’m no dummy but after 10 minutes, I couldn’t figure it out with my ATM card and there wasn’t a single employee in sight, including the host. My daughter fortunately has my ATM loaded on her phone and we eventually paid that way. Otherwise, I MIGHT STILL be sitting there waiting for assistance. We also came to learn that we had bottomless sides but were never informed nor offered. Just as refills weren’t offered. I had to track those down myself. As I said the food was terrific but the failure all around by the staff would keep me from returning or recommending it to someone, especially when there are so many eateries right in that area.
