I sometimes order here on my way to work. I order ahead to pick up in the cafe bc the drive through line is too long. Last week, and then again today, I get there and the cafe is closed. They took my order but aren’t open to let me pick it up. This is during their business hours. I called the store to say I need them to refund me bc they took my order but aren’t open and the chick hung up on me. I didn’t get my order or a refund and was hung up on. Don’t take orders if you’re not going to let customers pick them up. Ridiculous. Zero Stars.

As you can see I love to go here and in my opinion this is maybe The Best Starbucks in the island of Maui. With a consistent upbeat and good energy atmosphere, and where there fast dedicated workers I go to other Starbucks as well but this one in Dairy Road Kahului is amazing. It can be busy, it can be a holiday, weekday, or weekday they will give there best. I appreciate all of them firstly of working and being there to attend there shift like to thank them for that, than for being, kind, attentive, and patient. Thank you and keep up the great work, and have to give a big shoutout to Gabby and Tia. Gabby who is always consistently working with kindness ease but efficient focused gets the job done 100% and she is amazing at making the drinks, and honestly when she makes the drinks it’s 100/10. I would recommend asking for her and another person working there would be Tia, I came in one day and it was kind of busy and she was in the middle of doing something but I needed a table clean and without any attitude but with kindness and smile wiped it right away, she also is a fast efficient worker. I say all this because it is hard to look for good workers especially like these ones, so really proud to live near this location and be there customer, keep doing great things y’all . They despite working there do something I like to follow through a quote which is “Why fit in when you’re born to standout”. Number 1 Starbucks in the island in my opinion for a reason.

Lately, I’ve been visiting Starbucks frequently to unwind from the stress of studying. It’s a relaxing place, and even though I don’t spend a long time there, it feels like a special gift I give myself.
Last week, after a stressful day at work, I stopped in to focus on my tasks. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, especially in the late evening, so I usually avoid coffee. However, I made a mistake and wanted to try a new menu item, which led to a mix-up with my order. When my drink came out, I was a bit flustered.
The staff member noticed my reaction and kindly asked, “How can I help you?” I apologized for the mix-up and explained that I thought I had ordered a Green Tea fappuccino. Without hesitation, she said she’d make a new one for me!
It’s not about the money spent, but the quality of service was truly touching. Her small act of consideration uplifted my mood. While it’s the same Starbucks chain, this kind of excellent service enhances the brand’s value. I believe that if you can receive such pleasant service for the same price, it makes the experience even better!

I’m a Starbucks girl and on this spot i pick my early morning latte.it’s good as it gets.
I do get some other Starbucks frappe on other places but here the lattes are fine,no complaints even when it get less busy in here staff are welcoming.

Now using paper cups for cold drinks, which gets soggy and practically collapses after a while if you don’t drink it quick enough. Plus, you can’t see the contents through the cup to confirm they made your order properly. However, are still giving real plastic straws – that’s the only positive. You speak up about it in store and it’s like they want to shame you because you prefer a better cup. Better to stick with local coffee companies who don’t do this.

So disappointed, my order is matcha frapp but they put caramel syrup and caramel drizzle which is i dont like. It over powers the matcha flavor, and way to sweet. Second time that im so dissapointed with this location. The first time i ordered the lavender creme matcha frapp they forget to put classic on matcha.

I’m a regular here, but service has really gone downhill lately. Expect to have your drink / food made wrong and then attitude in response to your polite request to simply get what you ordered. Funny how the mobile app asks if I want to leave a tip… as a fellow service worker I’m 100% in support of tipping baristas. Simply get my order right or correct an honest mistake without being rude and I gladly will… but I’m NOT tipping for poor service.
