I ordered from the app, chose Garlic Parmesan Sauce instead of Tomato Sauce. This is what I got. I thought I made a mistake while ordering it, and I checked the app to reorder (I was really craving for pizza). I submitted another order with same pizza, and double even triple checking if I clicked on the Garlic Parmesan option and yes I did. Then after a few minutes, I’m checking the app again while it was in Quality Check process, and saw that it doesn’t say Garlic Parmesan. Then I’m calling the store in a rush for asking the reason if there’s a problem with app or what. They responded ‘BECAUSE WE’RE OUT OF GARLIC PARMESAN’. ?????????????? Okayyyyy totally understandable you could just give me a call and tell me that you don’t have garlic parmesan sauce instead of sending me an EMPTY pizza that tastes gross. They were almost sending me that gross empty pizza again. Unbelievable!!

As far a chain store pizza goes they are a good choice with lots of options and a great special of unlimited toppings for 10 bucks.

I stopped by to order a take- out pizza and the staff barely wanted to take my order and then it took 25 mi minutes. Take a look at this pie! Huge bubbles and cheese & sauce everywhere. I used to work and Domino’s Pizza and I know that there is a corporate standard for what should not go out the door. My pizza was a fail and at over $17 for take-out, I will not be going back. And for the record, I was not a Karen in any way, nor did I complain. I placed my order, waited in my car, picked up my pie and went home to find the monstrosity.

So my family and I ended up ordering our dinner this evening from Domino’s. We thought it was taking a little long so we went to check just to have it done and it was delivered 10 minutes ago, turns out that the delivery driver marked it completed and was just sitting messing around on his phone and his car. No notification to us or anything. My partner had to walk out to the car to get his own food, when the man quickly started getting out, he walked up holding the pizza sideways, almost having it fall out of the box. When my partner went to address the service, the driver actually ignored him and walked away. Service doesn’t want it used to be.

I called to store and kindly asked them to if they change the crust of my prepaid pizza order and the manager told me that I need to pay $2 more if I want this. I knew they haven’t started to make it yet and I worked in Dominos before so I know that that was very personal. This behavior is only make you lose customers, I won’t be ordering from this store anymore. Not because of the extra charge but the attitude problem.

We don’t order from Domino’s a ton, but whenever we do the food is good. Service is always great, everyone is polite and helpful. Never have to wait crazy long. Always pleased with the Cinnaminson location. I order online and do carryout.
