This place is clearly geared toward the younger crowd. The music was very loud for dinner time, and the service was not great considering we were the only people there aside from 4 or 5 people at the bar. The menus were mangled, which I suppose is part of the “charm”. I have to say that the muffuletta and fried pickles were pretty good, but it’s probably a better experience for people going to just have drinks and play pool.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They were out of a number of items. Chicken tenders were completely raw and pink inside. Bacon on the burger looked rancid and spoiled. There were only 2 other people there yet the service was slow. Cheese curds were cold. Waitresses were friendly. No idea how they are in business

I called to place an order after reading their menu online. I had asked if they had wings and then noticed they had fish and chips on the menu and told them that was what I wanted. I showed up, paid and then noticed that my take out order was bone in wings. When I brought it back and said I ordered the fish and chips, they took back my wings and said they would talk with the chef. I waited again for my fish and chips for them to bring me ONE SINGLE piece of fish and never to return to me again. I asked the chef after a while if the rest of my actual meal was coming out and he informed me that there was no fish and chips on their menu. And unenthusiastically could make me fish but wouldn’t know how since it’s not a current menu item. This all took over an hour for a simple take out order. No single worker came back to me at all. Or even recognized the mess up. I paid almost $20for myself. I could have gone to somewhere else for cheaper.
I never ended up getting my fish and chips, they took my wings and still charged me. I reached to the Facebook page (which they read), owner, and called multiple times with no answer and still a week later have not heard back from anyone.
They will take your money and not make it correct in anyway. DO NOT waste your time or money with them.

I love going to this place. The food is amazing and so are the bartenders but the boss of this place needs to be fired. I have witnessed him scream in his female employees faces and utterly disrespect them. I no longer want to support him or his business based off of how he treats his employees. It is disgraceful and disgusting. I have also witnessed him hit on young girls at the bar making them uncomfortable. He should not have a position of power.

The original “Sir Richards pub berger” is still the best. Great place to watch a game. Sunday’s bloody mary bar is worth the trip alone.

It was a hot mess. The online menu was out of date, and only about 40% of items were actually on the menu. Drinks like the hurricane were bad and not at all what they should have been. Our menus were greasy, wrinkled, and nasty one sheet pieces of paper. Our watress actually had to take our menus and bring them to a couple at the bar. No big deal, except we were the only people in the entire place. Our 4 top and a couple at the bar. I guess that explains the condition of the menus. Two stars because the wings and blue cheese dip were not bad.

Food was good, drinks were light on the liquor, beer was cold. Tiffany was really nice. This leads into the problem. There was a big rush, we sat down got drinks then it took over 2 hours to get our food. We could hear the cook tell the waitress the other waitresses took our food, the manager knew about it but never came over. He was not much of a manager. 3 hours total, it really ruined our day waiting. We all should have left, but we were hungry

Don’t waste your time. Went to blue gator before a concert at soaring eagle. The waitress was friendly but we were a small group of 7, with only one other group of 4 in the whole bar/restaurant. It took about 40 minutes to get our food and definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

If you like the smell of beer and sticky table tops….cold food this is your place. Waitresses are very nice, but that’s alll this place has to offer. When you get to be in your 40+ you should know better but the ratings tricked us. The food was cold and took forever (considering we were only 2nd table there). We were afraid of food poisoning this place is so dirty. I think this place really is for college students that are too drunk to care about food quality. I could still smell the stench of them hours after and yet…we stayed…so it’s our fault for being stupid enough to not listen to our guts the moment we sat down on those sticky torn bench seats. I blame myself really. I should know better. This is a fair warning to all of you reading the reviews before eating here….don’t…for the love of pete…save yourselves!
